I was looking to install a small block retaining wall and install a vinyl fence on top of it. John assured me he could do it even after coming to see the project twice. 1 week after installation, I noticed it began to fail. John's crew didn't even screw in the vinyl slits to the post correctly nor did they grout or reinforce the posts. I began texting and calling John in which he assured me they would take care of if. I texted him 2 weeks later, no response. 3 weeks later, the fence fell. Once again I texted John and called him multiple times. No response. The right thing to do would be to respond and fix his mistakes. I would not recommend his company to anyone nor would I take his word. read more

I had this company remove a very large tree in my yard that was causing damages from the roots. Paul and his crew did a great job as well as left everything clean. In order to grind some of the roots we had to break a sprinkler head and they handled that as well. I have used serval services over the years for my tree and they are the best ones yet . Not recommended. Mowing and tree trimming service was done once on our 4 home property. The first time they came a machine broke so they came on a Saturday to complete the rest of it. Then for the next appointment Paul wouldn't return our calls. When I did finally get a hold of him he would set up an appointment date. These appointments never happened. I kept calling to see what was going on and he would promise another appointment. Those didn't happen either. At this point I called and told him we would never request services from them again. I would not recommend this service. It is unprofessional, poorly organized, and unreliable. read more

Terrible end with working with this company. First they quoted one price and the day they showed up there was a "First time" up charge which was not discussed. Then they scheduled on day and last minute said they needed to show up days earlier so we didn't have time to notify our tenants. Once they got done we scheduled them to return and they completely ignored my calls and texts. Finally after excuse after excuse they never came back!!!
