We have now been told by two sub-contractors that they may have to put a lean on our home. Mike will not return our calls & has given misc lies to the Sub-C's. Another big issue is that he requested inferior, low-quality products to be used even after Sub-C's suggested other wise. Not looking forward to having roof & gutter issues as well as trying to get LGW to warranty their work. Would give negative 's if that was possible.

I had gone online to our Nextdoor app and found a roofing company with five stars and called them to come and check our roof after we had a major hail storm. Young man came out and flew a drone over the house and said "Sorry, couldn't find any damage". Then, someone else knocked on our door who was going thru the neighborhood, and offered to check our roof for damage. Once again, he pulls out the drone and says, "Nope, no damage". Mike physically got on the roof, took a ton of pictures and said not only your roof is damaged, but your gutters and showed us other damage. He then worked with our insurance company, met the insurance adjuster and got our claim approved. Just a heads up, we are with Allstate - or I should say after next week we WERE with Allstate - and they were not easy to work with plus I found out that we did not have what is called "ordinance and law code" coverage. Our previous roof did not have an ice and water shield. Current building code requires an ice and water shield. For an extra $35 a year, we'd have been covered to existing building code. This could have gotten quite costly if say your house was damaged by fire, tornado, etc. and building codes changed since your house was first built which is very likely. Our agent never gave us a heads up about adding this item. According to Mike and another insurance company I spoke to, most companies automatically include this in their standard policy. Allstate deletes it and you have to ADD it in so you might want to check this out with whoever you are with right now. Anyway, you need to call Mike and say "Mary Jo sent us" because he is your guy without a doubt.

Most wood furniture that you would want restored is probably old, so that may be where the 'antique' classification comes from. We had a relatively new, cheap dining table that fell apart because it was imported & designed with removable legs. Since we don't plan to move it again, we ask them to just rebuild with permanent legs. A few days & couple hundred bucks later we have a table that will outlast us.
