Step one they only charged for 3 windows with 4th price was HIGHER than Windows by Anderson They took weeks to get the order wrong and brought a front door, which is too large. Office told contract installers to cut my wall to make the wrong door fit. They took weeks to get the next door that leaked water underneath and around the door knob. They returned 3 times to fix last person was mgr for the installers who said Ma'am we will replace it if it leaks again. BS! August - sent new door knob, put caulk in the hole before the new knob. Sales guy stated he would be my POC if there were any concerns but like the song Go on take the money and run pathetic employees and service What kind of 5 year old makes this decision Well now it has been winter and the could air comes in around the windows and I could just leave the door open and have same protection DO NOT use Window Nation - do it yourself with Duct tape and caulk or just remove doors and windows still better off yep! read more

Not at all impressed with the costumer service. I called to get someone to come out and check one of my windows that wouldn't lock. They were supposed to call me back to set up a time. They didn't. I called back a week later to set up a time. They said they would call me the day before to tell me the window of the visit. They didn't call. I had a sales rep come out for a free quote. I said over the phone and to the sales rep when he arrived that I was only looking for a quote and I wouldn't be signing anything that day. The sales rep said not to worry because he isn't a high pressure salesman. He then proceed to engage in high-pressure sales. lol The sales rep showed me a ridiculously high quote with some fake discounts to bring the price down to a price that was still way too high. He said that if I didn't sign with him that moment, the quote would increase by $10,000. Excuse me, how is this not high-pressure sales?!?!? I said, "No thanks." We have new windows. One of the arches inside pane cracked. On May 29,2025 I contacted them to replace unit. After me doing all the communicating. On 06/27/25 two guys came to replace unit. After a hour we find out the unit was to big. It is now of this writing 07/26/25. No call no email no nothing. I wouldn't buy these over priced, high pressure sales windows. The rest of my windows that need replacing. I will be using a local contractor. Lesson learned. The tv ad is misleading. read more

To the prospective clients and ownership of Window Nation I hope this review provides insight into the poor performance and responses from the company. I hired Window Nation in July of 2022 to replace 11 windows and my back sliding glass door. This was not a cheap project and cost over $16,000. I was told by the manager that I was receiving "the A team" from the company to complete my project. I wouldn't find out until later that Window Nation subcontracts their installs out, or at least they did during this time. The project took two days, and no manager came out after the completion to verify the work was done correctly. During the winter of 2022 we had water leaking underneath our sliding glass door. I had to call Window Nation back out to the residence. They sent a new install member who had to completely remove and reinstall the sliding glass door. The employee made a joke about the team that completed our house project saying they were not "the A team". This should have been a clue to me. Still, no one was sent to our home to verify the work was done properly on the windows. We began to have a leak into our home whenever it would storm. I could not figure out what was causing it until a company came out and removed all the siding above the leak and tracked it to the window. The team that installed our windows failed to seal and install the window properly. I discovered an abundance of water damage and mold after removing some drywall. I contacted Window Nation, who was not in a rush to get a manager out to my house even with the circumstances. I had to move my wife, two-year-old child, two dogs, and myself out of our home because of the mold. Once the installation manager arrived at my home, he began to shake his head as he was walking up the driveway. He told me he reviewed the team who handled my install and immediately knew what the problem was going to be. The company was called back to multiple jobs because the install team failed to properly seal and install windows. He told me Window Nation no longer uses the install team because of these issues. It is unknown when Window Nation discovered the installation team was failing to seal or properly install the windows. Once Window Nation discovered all the other improper installs from that subcontractor, still no one was sent out to my home to verify their work was done correctly at my home. As he was walking up to my home, he could see that my windows were not sealed. The manager walked throughout my home looking at each window. Of the 11 windows, only 1 was installed correctly he said. The manager admitted Window Nation was at fault and would pay for all the damages. He told me to get an estimate for the remediation and repair. This left me with hope that the company was taking responsibility. I was sadly mistaken. Window Nation sent out a team approximately 2 weeks later who had to reinstall all the windows but one. The manager was provided with a detailed estimate for the remediation and repairs. For the next three weeks I was told the process was moving along and they had submitted it to insurance. They told me to expect hearing from someone with the insurance company. No one ever called. Finally, I got the insurance information from the manager and called them myself. They had no record of a claim being opened. I had to open a claim myself with the subcontractor's insurance. It wasn't even Window Nations insurance who I had the original contract with to begin with. This led to me working with an insurance investigator from someone who I had no contract with from the beginning. The Window Nation manager became distant and stopped returning my phone calls. Window Nation has offered no service to help my family during the time of being separated from our home for two months now. The regional manager told us that their insurance company will compensate us. It is still unclear where this situation is going to end, but Window Nation does not seem to care. If you're looking to hire Window Nation, be cautious. If you're in the upper management or ownership of the company, I hope this has offered insight to how the company operates. read more

The worst experience with this company. Several things went wrong: 1. Price was adjusted from quote because they miss count the windows 2. 2nd price adjustment because the measure my sliding door wrong 3. Took them more than six months to fully complete the jobs 4. Installation was messy broke several windows and left debris on the yard 5. Broke sidings and replacement was different color than original 6. Door was taken down and placed back with open insulation on the side during winter due to wrong door was delivered 7. Eventually right door was installed with visible angle when fully open (not fully leveled) 8. Every complaint i launch at them were either ignored or slowly resolved Will NOT recommend this company for windows or door. They act like window is a one time customer deal and no impact on their business if they do a bad job. We purchased 35 windows and 1 door from this hellish company.. check reviews of this company and decide for yourselves. read more

WN window/door issues led to multiple visits, multiple failures and an exorbitant amount of time to rectify. Ultimately, two new windows cracked had to be replaced(three trys) and a door reset​(three visits) last November and leaving with one issue remaining. The door handle was wobbly and needed replacing. I reached out to Phil(service mgr.) on Jan 2nd, he stated that the handle was ordered, it's the holiday and should be received within a couple of weeks. Its now Feb 22nd, I haven't heard back from company and Phil is not responding to my texts or calls at this point. If you knew how many issues Ive had with this company after intrusting our hard earned money into updating our doors and windows you should certainly consider Anderson or Pella instead. I just want my door handle replaced as acknowledged by the company, my phone inquiries returned, without excuses, failures and ghosting my outreaches. read more

Window Nation had a great deal, and we were able to replace every window in our house. I am seriously sick to my stomach right now. We ordered customs windows and paid extra for sizes and colors last summer and we were supposed to get them in October, but here we are March 2021. They are on day 2 of install and I get home work and I'm immediately not happy. The color of the windows don't match the trim they are using. There are three colors. There are gaps galore. The windows were supposed to be custom fit, but they aren't. There are large gaps everywhere that they cover with window tape. We called customer service and I explained to Bridgette my frustration and I was told to "take a breath", so I hung up. Really wish I would have followed my gut instinct at the beginning. read more

I found their customer service to be helpful and friendly. My issue is that I scheduled a free estimate appointment, was available for the appointment, waited, and subsequently found out they canceled the appointment because I did not call them to confirm the appointment. My confirmation was when I made the appointment in the first place. I don't have time in a busy week to call a company back and confirm the appointment that I set up. Not ruling this company out for new windows but I was ready to sign on the dotted line and make the purchase. Making the customer call back to confirm an already-scheduled appointment is antiquated, if even relevant in the first place. This policy needs to change. read more

I really, really was looking forward to writing a great review for Window Nation, but I can't. First off, we ordered our windows in October and they were installed on December 31st. Okay, we knew it would take some time, and it worked out. One of the windows had a flaw and they replaced it very quickly and efficiently. We really do like the windows. But . . . we were promised a couple of things by our salesman. First, the person who referred us to Window Nation NEVER got the referral money they promised. The salesman told us she would get $500, then we were told $250, for her referral. Next, the salesman told us about this fabulous trip we would get because of our purchase. Nothing. We've called WN twice and just get the runaround. Time to file a small claims suit. We purchased our windows from WN because it is a family owned business, but evidently after you've paid, they don't seem to care. read more

I had windows installed on 8-27-21 The appointed time was 8:00 a to 12 noon that day. The men walked around my home for thirty minutes. They forgot the "J" channels for the windows. It took all three men to get the "J channels. That trip was wasted ninety minutes. They came back worked for two hours. Then decided to eat lunch for one hour. The first four windows had no trouble getting taken out. The last three taken some time to remove. I few days later I notice they broke one of the blinds ( It was past 9:00p.m. that same night) The weather cooled down to allow me to open the windows. I pulled down a windows, the window went up half way. (down) The rest of the windows would only go 90 % open instead of meeting (half way) down. I called about the blinds. They sent me a E-card through my e-mail. I have been calling since 9-1-21 to tell them about the windows. My answers was "Oh a some one will get a hold in a few days." That did not happen. I called back after a few days. Then they tell me some one will get a hold of you five to seven days. That did not happen. I called again to complain about the last calls. Later that same day, A lady called me to confirm to me a tech will be at my place to look at the windows.(9-15-21) I called the day for the tech to come to my home. She told me he called in sick. The installation crew did an excellent job installing our 14 windows! My wife was around for just a few minutes during their final installation, but after the conversations she had with them, she told me I had to leave a good review. I agreed! They were all very courteous and friendly. They explained the process really well. They made sure they worked around us so that they didn't impede on our normal lives, but that wasn't really an issue anyway. They showed up at the earliest time they could and completed the install on time. All the work looks great. It's not every day that you have a construction crew that meets all of those characteristics. These guys were simply perfect for the job. I also want to say that the process of ordering windows was much better than 90% that I interviewed for the job. They were not pushing in any way. They did not create a sense of urgency. They always dressed well and communicated well. They never once put down their competitors. Finally, the quality of windows they install is quite high. I would place it at the top end of mid-level vinyl windows, at least equivalent with Polaris and Okna windows. They look and operate great. The efficiency ratings of the windows is excellent. You can probably tell that I've done my homework on these. The warranty is excellent and the screens even came with a lifetime warranty. So, there it is. My experience was great. Ordered windows in August of 2021...knew we would have to wait because of current state of the U.S. is in...during our sales consultation, we told salesman that we live in historic district and would need special permission to install windows....were told, "shouldn't be a problem since you already have vinyl windowns already installed throughout the house" ok, fine...in November, we get a call to have our windows installed, we asked "Did you get permission from historic district", answer "No, permit company we used said we didn't need permits" well, actually we do, so process of applying for certification started after windows were made and here we are 2/21/2023 and have not heard from Window Nation on progress...going to ask for refund of deposit money, but we know how that will go. read more

Both the outside and inside of my new windows are the wrong color, and installation was a nightmare (ex: I had to tell 2 different people they were trying to remove the WRONG window) and I've had people out 2 times to take care of inside problems, and I'm going to have them back for a third problem. The powers that be have been completely unresponsive. I even had a certified letter returned to me. And I keep getting emails saying "If you are not thrilled with your new windows . . ." contact us at such and such a number. I am not "thrilled" and they don't seem to care. read more

My wife and I have had a wonderful experience with Window Nation! The ordering and install were flawless. Abner's crew and especially Edger Lopez, the crew leader, were fantastic! All the crew members were excellent in installation efforts and preserving the existing wood inside and outside the house. Edger was always explaining, demonstrating, and respecting our wishes about my wife work schedule from her den and accounting for our five cats and five dogs. The Abner's total work crew --putting all FORTY windows in-- in ONE day was a joy to watch. The aluminum 30 year old window frames were especially difficult in removing but they did it without ruining the existing wood work!! The clean up after the total installation was excellent--nothing for me to clean up! My wife is especially thrilled with the windows now that we can open them. Reinstalling the blinds and drapes has happened and more importantly cleaning the windows for the first time has been wonderful! Adrian and Enrique were friendly and very courteous. They wore shoe covers in the home and were great about cleaning up with a vacuum after they were done with the inside part of the install. Adrian walked around the entire house with me at the end to make sure I was happy with the final product. We found that the patio door was not latching easily so he took care to correct the door and was patient as I learned to correctly close the new door as it was much tighter than my old door due to great quality. I would have them both back again! Dominick was a great salesman. He explained all of the features and quality of the windows. He checked in to make sure I didn't have any other questions while the order was being placed. I received emails to update on the status when the custom windows were being made. My wife and I bought a smaller home and knew when we moved in that old windows needed replaced. We contacted Window Nation and ordered 4 new windows. We paid half the cost then and the remaining half after most of the installation was completed. We were told by the installer that the trim boards around the windows needed to be replaced and it did take us several weeks to get that done. When Window Nation came back out to complete the work the installer said they could not complete the work because of the new trim they had told us we needed to have replaced. As such, they have not completed the job even though we fully paid for the work months ago. While the windows are very nice my experience with long delays in getting all work done including window screens that weren't delivered for weeks makes my wife and I hesitant to do business with this company again. read more
