Today the installed a brand new unit as the sensor had went out of the old one. in short, window makeover windows fail after 5 years…read more well, it appears that window makeover isn't any better than any other transient window company. i have had window makeover repair and replace many of my windows over the past five years and the first window that i had replaced now is rotten. and window makeover is standing by their 5 year warranty and not fixing or replacing the window. Exactly at 5 years the window needs to replaced. Also all of the repaired or replaced windows will probably need to be replaced as the windows get to be 5 years old. Also don't count on getting records or proof of purchase from window make over because they have changed software and they don't have old installations.

The two guys would come for a couple of hours and then leave. The doors are other issue all together. We had all our exterior doors replaced and a screen door added. The screen door fell apart within the year. The front door has warped and we are unable to open it. Another doors on the garage wad not properly install and did a quick fix. If I would do over again I would have gone with another company for the doors. The windows they seem fine just the length of time to get them installed.

After a week and a half and I had not received a reply, I was looking on their website and found a form that you could use to submit your contact information, basic request and photos. I submitted the info and a couple of weeks later, still no response. I then called them. I spoke with a woman and she found my original email and asked if they could have a chance to review it and call me back. I said no problem, it is now May 15th (a couple of weeks since I spoke with her) and I still have not heard back from them. I am not in a hurry for this project and if they were short staffed I wouldn't have minded waiting until they had availability, but I don't understand the total lack of response.
