Midwest Remodel of Pendleton, IN did the remodel of my two bathrooms. I can't say enough good things! First, the initial estimate was a bit higher than I wanted to pay but they worked with me to bring it within my budget and I still got everything I needed and nearly everything I wanted. Once the project started. I was kept informed daily of progress for that day and expected progress for the next day. The end result was amazing and I am extremely pleased. They warranty their work and the products they use so when I had an issue with one of the shower doors, I sent an email stating the issue. I received a reply from one of the owners and a text from the project manager within an hour saying they would take care of it. The project manager was sick the day of the email but came out the next morning and fixed the problem. All within 24 hrs of my email! No questions asked! They just took cared the problem asap! These people are AMAZING and I will use them for any other remodel projects I may have in the future. read more

We had Midwest remodel our 1940's home with all of its crazy quirks and they did an amazing job! We changed a garage to a bedroom, took out walls for an open living area and remodeled a bathroom while adding a half bathroom. It was a big job with many curveballs and they did better than we could've asked! Highly recommend! read more

This company is garbage absolutely horrendous. I find more and more wrong with my house every week. I am very displeased with the service I have received. This cost me tons and tons of money and it is of the poorest quality. I highly suggest you find a different remodeling service if you are considering hiring these people. read more

Where do I start when singing the praises of this company? Midwest was a breath of fresh air after trying to find the right company to do a major addition to our home. We started with Karen who diligently listened to our needs, wants, and wishes. After that first meeting, I told my husband we had found our people! Karen worked with Marcy to put together a 3-D rendering of the house that worked structurally while also meeting our aesthetic needs. Karen also led us through the contracting process from start to finish. Beth and Brad were the dream team who were with us through the construction process. Beth is top-notch at details and making sure the customer is happy. Brad was really polite, made sure things got done in a timely and respectful manner, and maintained a can-do attitude through our winter second story addition project. Everyone in the company is efficient, strong communicators, fun, and cares about putting in an honest day's work. I would highly recommend Midwest for your next construction project.
