They really know baking! We also find much better quality ingredients in the shop than in regular grocery stores. Using the food coloring B&B sells, we only need a few drops to get rich frosting color instead of the half bottle we use with grocery store food coloring. The meals are good and easy. If you are healthy, you can prepare the meals in their kitchen and take them home. I pay an extra fee, and it is all ready to go. I don't know if it is economical, but we have been living on these meals for years already. I often get things slightly modified as hubby doesn't like some of the ingredients.
