This is the worst company I have ever dealt with in my entire life! Avoid them at all costs. They double charge, continuously mess up orders and hope you don't notice, even when your account is either paused or canceled they still charge you, even after you reach out to management and remind them that you have either paused or canceled your account they still bill you. The entire management "team" is horribly incompetent. I can't tell you how many times I have disputed charges from this company, but the last straw was when I discovered a large green stink bug buried in the couscous of one of their teriyaki steak meals. Complete health code violation, I had to report them to the LA Board of Health. It's like they purposely go out of their way to be a terrible company, save yourself a headache- there are so many better options out there!

I was part of a big catering order from Eat Naked, and I ordered the salmon with brown rice and zucchini along with the Code Red juice. At first sight, I was pleased with the hefty portion of food they packed into the small container. However, the brown rice was crunchy and the zucchini was so bland. I'm not sure if they try to limit seasoning here, but I was not a fan of the two sides I got for the price. The salmon was delicious though and I finished all of it. Next, their Code Red juice was amazing and tasted so fresh. Maybe I ordered the wrong thing, but I highly recommend getting their juices!

Curb side pick up. Call or text them once you're parked

Honestly the food is good but the price is not. It's pretty expensive for a meal prep place even with their first order discount or subscribe meal price. I have kept asking them for the nutritional facts on here and via text and still have not gotten back to me. Their website is really high tech and easy to use when ordering. It's really missing nutritional facts especially when this is aimed for fitness people. They told me roughly each meal is 400-500 calories. In comparison to other meal prep kitchens, it doesn't meet my needs as a gym goer involved in their nutrition by calories and macro counting. Simply to just eat healthier, this fits the bill. There's a lot of options to combine in each meal but you can't make the portions less or more so it has its limitations. Pro is that they make their food frequently and don't have to place an order by Friday or Thursday or your SOL. They have more days to pick up or deliver than any other meal prep place so far.

The food portions are definitely not worth it for the price. Delivery costs $15 on average compared to the $2.99 listed on here. The beef options contain a lot of gristle and fat that is uneatable. Vegetables and rice sides are often undercooked and under seasoned. Rice is used as a filler for most of the "specialty" meals. Very disappointed.

If you're seriously into bodybuilding, powerlifting, or just fitness in general, one would know that your NUTRITION is number one in getting to your results. If your nutrition isn't dialed in, you are not going to reach your goal. With that said, dieting can be nasty... very nasty... who likes gagging down dried out chicken & tasteless veggies? NOT ME! Eat Naked.LA is the new way of going about your nutrition/mealprep - I can vouch every time I am cutting I am confident to say that I will always go to Fernando for prepping my food. WHY? The chicken is very moist & VERY flavorful! My favorite flavors are the lemon + herb (comes topped with tomatoes, greens & cilantro :p), teriyaki & BBQ! There's no need to gag & dread your meals now. Everything else is great too! I haven't tried any of the other protein sources (not a fish eater or not too crazy on turkey), but the steak sounds amazing! This is worth every penny, & makes life 1000000 times easier. Now I don't need to go grocery shopping every sunday or spend the evening cooking my life away & washing dishes.

I understand that mistakes happen , but own up and be professional. Don't just ignore the customers emails/questions!

I was really excited to try this place out! I had read really great reviews on IG and Yelp. But unfortunately the customer service sucked big time. I didn't have any complaints towards the food, it was really good! So good I placed a second order. I've been vegan for 5yrs now and was happy to see Vegan options. I ordered the Seasoned tofu and the tofu turkey patties. BOTH were under the Vegan category. So I figured the "turkey" was a soy meat alternative. A company wouldn't be that naive to put real meat in their Vegan options right!? Wrong! I indeed got a turkey tofu pattie. Real meat and all. I emailed the company twice and never got a response. They didn't even offer my money back. And now on their website you can't even find the "vegan tofu turkey patties" It's completely off their site. Hmm wonder how many people complained about it... Really sucks! This issue could have been resolved so easily. Thanks for nothin' EatNakedLa!

This is soooo long overdue!!! EatNakedLA is the BEST. I've looked at so many other meal prep companies all of which are a pre fixed menu AND More expensive...which just won't work for me. The fact that you can choose what goes in each meal with Eat Naked is enough to be sold on it. But in addition the meals are soooo good. The chicken, salmon, sweet potatoes, vegetables...literally everything. It's always fresh and sooo good. I freeze some of my meals during the week and even after freezing them and reheating they still taste fresh. On top of it all, the staff is so friendly, helpful and the entire process end to end is top notch. When you do the math, Eat Naked actually ends up being cheaper than "grabbing a salad" or eating out and with Eat Naked you can feel good about it being clean fresh and yummy. Honestly I could go on and on but just trust me and try it.

Between my long commute to work, workout schedule and other daily needs, sometimes it's just super nice and convenient to have a meal ready to eat that's loaded with the essential macros I need. I order about every other week and so far I've been very pleased with the taste, amount of food and the spectacular presentation. What I recommend (so far): Chimichurri Steak was by far one of my favorites. That Chimichurri sauce was so perfect. The beef was perfectly cooked and I could even taste the grilled flavor in the meat. Breakfast Pizza with light marinara, scrambled eggs, sausage and pepperoni totally hit the spot!! I'm a huge pizza fan and this was perfection in the morning. I air-fried 2 pieces each morning and savored every bite. Steak & Eggs was delicious. Bibimbap was fantastic!! The sauce was excellent and mildly spicy. I added extra sriracha and tamari sauce. I still have a Buffalo Chicken Mac & Cheese to try but how can you go wrong with that?! Thank you to Meals of Steel for taking some of the work out of my week and keeping me happy and fed!!

If you're not sure, you can also contact Muscle Up Meals. Best of all, I can easily enter the information into MyFitnessPal app. 2. The meals are affordable, which allows me to alternate between breakfast and lunch. 3. There's no commitment - I'm not forced into a packaged meal/subscription. I can do a la carte style and choose whichever meals to fit my nutrition goals. 4. The meal deliveries are promised w/in time frame and are packaged neatly and tightly. 5. If you're not home, the meals come in an insulated bag w/cooling gel packs (lasting up to 15 hours) to keep your food fresh. Deadline to Order: Friday by Noon. However, if you miss the deadline, you can always contact them. Examples of my first breakfast and lunch entrees w/Muscle Up Meals: Breakfast Items: 1. Low Carb - Breakfast Tacos served w/green salsa verde. 2. Low Carb - Eggwhite Breakfast Tacos served w/green salsa verde. Both versions were delicious, extremely satisfying and kept me energized throughout my mornings at work. The lean ground turkey meat, scrambled eggs/eggwhite were seasoned perfectly w/out tasting too salty or bland. The cauliflower tortillas were fluffy, hearty and tasty. I tossed both the green salsa verde since they were too spicy for me and the breakfast tacos were satisfying w/o it. Lunch Entrees 1. Balanced - Blackened Chicken served w/cauliflower and grain rice. Extremely good! Bummer, they didn't have it for this next week's order. The chicken breast was tender and juicy, while the cauliflower was crunchy and grained rice was nicely cooked. 2. Low Carb - Turkey Meatloaf served w/broccoli florets and grain rice. The turkey meatloaf was good but tasted a bit too mushy for me. Whereas the broccoli florets and grain rice were perfectly cooked and filling. I may try out the Balanced or Keto version at some point. 3. Low Carb - Chicken Tenders (2pcs) Plate served w/a chipotle sauce, roasted Brussel sprouts and cauliflower rice. The chicken tenders were hearty w/a little bit of heat to them. The chipotle sauce was too spicy for me. The roasted Brussel sprouts were a bit al-dente, but I still dig it. The cauliflower rice was also tasty, a little bit of heated kick (still edible). 4. Low Carb - Chicken and Cauliflower Rice. My last and simplest meal for the week, which was tender, moist and flavorful. Overall, I highly recommend Muscle Up Meals. I will definitely continue w/them and have already ordered my second batch of food! (Stayed tuned, I'll continue posting pics of new meals).

There is plenty of signage that calls attention to this building. It has an inset entrance, that leads to a customer counter. When I was there there was somebody that was available at the counter. There are a number of kiosks that have different restaurant kitchens with different types of food available for purchase. A lot of people do their ordering online and come in to pick up their items through a secure locker located to the left of the counter window. There is also a RFID reader to validate your order located near the entrance. It is a step-by-step process that is explained on Google or at the website. I and visually impaired and needed some more information before I went to order. I was online at home and had a number of questions. When I went to call the number that was listed, I found that it did not work for this business. I tried to find another number in a number of different areas, but I had no luck as the only number was to a property management company, not Allied food to go or the business that I wanted to order from. I took a chance and went to the brick-and-mortar location on Colorado. When I got to the customer service counter, I let them know that I needed help, as I was visually impaired. The young woman who was at the counter was incredibly helpful. I found out that the company that I wanted to order food from was no longer a part of their business. She helped me by finding another business that offered the particular hamburger that I wanted to order. She inputted the correct information and help me maneuver through the payment and ordering process. She was a gem! I noticed that there were quite a number of people who didn't have the same problem that I did as they were able to just order their food online. I have to admit it is nice being able to order different genres of food from one place. That way everybody in your party is happy! It does appear that some of the restaurants do not update their information as often as they should. The same could be said for Allied. Someone needs to be monitoring the directory and the information as well as the menus. I love the concept. For those that are used to online ordering, I'm sure that Allied Food To Go is perfect. At least now I know how it is supposed to work. I also found the website to be very difficult to read as I was not able to find a dark mode option. That's why it was so important to have the attendant complete the process for me. I will use the process again, but I now have a better understanding of what to expect. I admit that parking can sometimes be crazy in this area because of businesses nearby. However, when I was there I was able to find parking on the side street. I have a feeling that sometimes when it is lunch or dinner and people are picking up their meals parking can become a problem. If you don't mind walking there's always some street parking available.

Ordering from them was the best decision I made because it helped relieve so much stress and the food was delicious and good for my recovery. When I have my second kid, I will be ordering from them again.
