Whereas the broccoli florets and grain rice were perfectly cooked and filling. I may try out the Balanced or Keto version at some point. 3. Low Carb - Chicken Tenders (2pcs) Plate served w/a chipotle sauce, roasted Brussel sprouts and cauliflower rice. The chicken tenders were hearty w/a little bit of heat to them. The chipotle sauce was too spicy for me. The roasted Brussel sprouts were a bit al-dente, but I still dig it. The cauliflower rice was also tasty, a little bit of heated kick (still edible). 4. Low Carb - Chicken and Cauliflower Rice. My last and simplest meal for the week, which was tender, moist and flavorful. Overall, I highly recommend Muscle Up Meals. They cater and also Chef Maezaki teaches sushi techniques in the surrounding area. I entered the front door and walked to the large counter. I was greeted with a smile and a friendly hello. After taking some time I decided to order the special wagyu beef entree, and a spicy tuna hand roll. I sat down in one of the chairs available and waited.
