Just what we were looking for. Healthy balanced meals, prepared to order (not spicy, no pepper, etc.) by real chefs - not line cooks, delivered overnight to our front door. Besides the great taste of Chef's meals, they are reasonable priced. I am hooked. read more

I cannot say enough about what a wonderful discovery this has been for us. I had AI help me fine tune all meal delivery services and based on our dietary preference Chef Nourish was the best choice. We had never used a service for meals before and we were a bit nevous because I had heard some not great stories! I can honestly say LaLa has blown us away. The food is absolutely amazing, never did we say well...that was not the greatest-just the opposite and we keep saying wow, this is so DELICIOUS! I am a very good cook and always had people rave about my cooking. However, we are now in our later senior years and a little help with food has been such a blessing. Thank you to all the team at Chef Nourish read more

Best meal prep service in Cali! You can always count on absolutely delicious meals that you don't have to feel guilty about. Super Yummy and nutritious! What an amazing service. read more

I really hate write this review, but I have to. I did meal prep with chef Lala last summer and I enjoyed the meals and had seamless delivery. I got booked on a really big contract for work which required weekly travel. I let her know I needed to end my meal service since I was going to be traveling. Prior to cancelling, I requested a refund for incorrect charges. In August, I was charged for three weeks of meals that I didn't order because I was traveling during that time as well. We had a phone call and got on the same page about the refund amount. She confirmed that I could receive the funds back via Zelle. Well, fast forward 10 months later and I still haven't received my money back. I stopped following up in January because it became clear that this company had no intention of giving me my money back. I know this is a small and woman owned business, so I really hate to leave a bad review. But I think falsely charging me and then ghosting is incredibly unnecessary and unprofessional. Be mindful of this when using their services and always reconcile the charges on your card with what you actually ordered. read more

My wife ordered five meals for me to try, and honestly, I was skeptical at first. I've tried other meal prep services before, and they were a complete waste of time and money. BUT Chef Nourish is on a whole different level! Every meal felt like a five-star experience--so much flavor, incredibly fresh ingredients, and just overall top-notch quality. I can't say enough good things about it! Extremely pleased and already looking forward to ordering more. Highly recommend! Would have taken a photo but forgot lol... read more

Wonderful meals! Favorite was dinner was Tri tip! Everything so fresh & delicious! Great communication!

I have been looking for a meal service that is low enough in calories for women (1300 for weight loss) and with more vegetables. I messaged Chef LaLa to see if it was possible to get meals around 300 - 350 cals. She responded to me directly and not only did she customize my meals to my calorie needs, her meals are fresh and delicious! Finally a meal service that doesn't disappoint! read more

Chef Nourish - First meal delivery - Food Delivery Services Near Me - Los Angeles, California

I received a verification that my order would be delivered today, Jan 2nd. I called because I was wondering when it would be delivered. The woman I spoke to said "We're closed". First of all, that is not on the website nor the Yelp site. Also, why do I have a confirmation my order will be delivered today? Poor customer service considering I have sent 4 emails inquiring about my order prior to today. If you take a holiday, let it be known on your website and your Yelp that is the case. read more

We've been using Chef LALA's personal chef service for all three family members, and it has been nothing short of exceptional. Each meal is thoughtfully prepared and tailored specifically to their individual dietary needs, supporting their active and health-conscious lifestyles. The consistency, quality, and attention to nutritional detail have truly made a difference in our household. They are even losing weight. Chef LALA has also gone above and beyond by recognizing my father's diabetes and incorporating that into the overall meal planning, ensuring every dish is both safe and satisfying for him. The meals are not only healthy but also bursting with flavor, showcasing Chef LALA's incredible culinary talent and deep understanding of nutrition. I couldn't recommend her enough. She also provided snacks for the meal plan and we just love it. 10/10!!!! read more

I signed up for a three day TRIAL and they continued to ship me meals. I called and texted asking for cancellation and am still getting meals. Additionally, I said I had a corn allergy and wanted Paleo only meals. The Paleo plan meals are not Paleo. They sent me popcorn, overnight oats, trail mix that included dried corn. Please be aware of what you are signing up for. read more

La La's company is by far the best in quality food and timely delivery. She works with your personal nutritional needs. We love the side sauces. I think if we order for our elderly members of the family, we would try the senior meal selections. Delicious, great presentation and healthy~~ Thanks La La! read more

Sent me two meals with white rice after an extensive intake call where I told Lala that I am diabetic and grain free. She is literally telling a diabetic that its ok to eat rice instead of taking accountability for the mistake. See pics read more

Amazing gem! I am so thrilled with Chef Nourish and Chef LaLa! I just completed 2 weeks of LaLa's delicious meals and I'm feeling great! LaLa was very attentive to my health needs and requests. I have found my meals to be well balanced, good sized portions and very tasty! I was a little skeptical with the chicken and turkey, thinking it might be dry, it was very tender and juicy! Yummy and healthy! Chef Lala's meals are high quality and satisfying. She provides the opportunity to feel like you have a personal chef with her well-balanced meals comprised of your preferred fresh seasonal ingredients. Like most of us, I have tried all the other meal delivery services, and none measure up to Chef Lala's expertise and care. No rubbery chicken here! Do the trial; test it out. You won't be disappointed! You'll come back for more like I did. It's the perfect solution for various short, or longer-term needs: you'd like to have more time for self-care, have a staycation with your meals delivered to your doorstep, have more time for family and friendships, need a reset, you or someone you know is in a recovery period, or a gift for a new mother(or any mother!), etc. Enjoy, Wendy read more

My husband would tell me to order meal delivery since I have such a busy schedule but I didn't bc I was skeptical any service could deliver what I needed/ wanted. So I dug in, did my research and found this gem. I would classify this is a premium meal delivery service- I've been doing it for 2 weeks lunch and dinner- I have to say the food is delicious - healthy food that's just so yum. And a variety too. If I bought this many different ingredients myself they'd go to waste as I'd forget to use them . The chef works w you as well. I'm doing it to also lower my weight so maybe I'll do an update about how that's going in the future. Very happy w it overall. read more

Loved the delicious food!! Strongly recommend great quality and service. Ordering was easy

I just placed my 2nd order with chef La La. My husband and I eat paleo (no dairy, soy, legumes, or gluten), and she delivered a creative, delicious, and satisfying menu for the week. I am extremely picky and haven't been happy with any other paleo meal service, but chef La La absolutely nailed it. Her portions were much larger than others we've tried, and the quality and taste were far superior. A delicious paleo friendly sauce has been included in each dish, and we have really enjoyed that. We will be using Chef Nourish on a regular basis now. Thank you chef La La! read more

Hands down the best food prep service in LA. Chef Lala has changed my life. Her food is fresh, nutritional, with an excellent variety of various cuisines and flavors, and service is personalized. Definitely high quality and not like the cookie cutter meals you'll find with other food prep services. Deliveries are reliable and there is no middle men! So easy to connect and have a modified request etc. I feel like I have a private chef that delivers fresh food to me daily! It's unreal! You will not find this level of food prep service anywhere else. I also have IBS so I am extremely sensitive to food that is not fresh or made from cutting corners. I am very pleased to say that I have not had a single reaction with Chef Lala's meals. They are clearly made with a lot of thought, care and love. So worth it! read more
