I've try to reach them by phone several times, to no avail. When I've called before 1pm, and asked for Tony, my call was put on hold briefly and then disconnected. I even sent an email to their corporate office, but have not heard back from them either. As a long time customer and someone who has benefited from them greatly over the years, I am really baffled at this version of customer service which seems to be only a disservice after all.
