Their Alaskan salmon Cesar salad... no cesar dressing... comes with balsamic vinaigrette... wtf?!?!
    Kevin D.

I ordered an Alaskan salmon Cesar Salad and when I got my order, I got a salmon salad with balsamic vinaigrette. When I called and spoke to the owner, he told me "Well our salmon Cesar salad comes with balsamic vinaigrette" this is the most idiotic answer I've hear from a restaurant owner! Even under Atlantic Salmon Cesar salad it says "CESAR SALAD with Salmon" For him to tell me their Cesar salad comes with balsamic means this guy does not know what a Cesar salad is. Either Google cesar salad so you know how to make a real cesar salad or change your description to cesar salad made with balsamic vinaigrette (which would never be ordered) this dud was rude, NO ONE ORDER FROM THIS PLACE!!!

Very obvious mold, how was it possible to miss it?

I used to love ordering from this place and enjoyed their baked goods, but sadly got disappointed when I found MOLD on my slice of chocolate mouse cake. I ordered a chocolate mouse cake and had it delivered to my home, and like always the service took less than 30 minutes, so I was very excited to have my treat. When I had opened the box my cake came in, I was shocked to see MOLD on my slice of cake! The cake was upright and there was a very visible piece of MOLD and webbing on top that is nearly impossible to miss! I immediately called the place and made a complaint and the person on the phone was very monotone, it didn't even seem like a big deal to her. She said that she will send the delivery guy back and pick up the cake, but didn't offer any type of refund or apology. Shortly after the phone call, the delivery guy came and asked to see the cake. I showed him the MOLD and all he gave me was a simple "sorry for the inconvenience" and gave me my money back. It didn't seem like a very big deal to these workers that there was MOLD and webbing on the cake and acted as if it was only a slight inconvenience. I'm wondering how long this cake was left out and under what conditions, and how was it even possible to miss it. Considering that we are in COVID times, I am wondering how well they practice safety precautions.

Horrible burrito. Veggies were supposed to be cooked with egg. Instead we're cold.

Most disrespectful burrito I have ever received (see pics attached ) I thought when you ordered burritos with vegetables they are supposed to be mixed together and at least warm when you receive it. Looks like they chopped a bunch of vegetables together and threw it into the tortilla and then added the egg on the side. Will never order from them again their review on the burrito on eat24 is pretty bad also.

    Mile High Club - What's left.. $7.49

What can one say, but YAY! I recently discovered this place while looking for a good salad to go pick up. Well. Not only do they have great salads, but they deliver! It was a hot Sunday afternoon by the pool and I did not want to cook. After searching around I stumbled upon this "delivery" place, kinda like Pink Dot, and was weary, but more lazy. Me and Hubby ordered a Mile High Club Sandwich and a Cobb Salad... a bottle of Jack and a bottle of wine as well :-D They said 30 minutes, but got here in 20! Both the Club and Cobb were waaay beyond any expectations. Really. The Cobb - $7.49 - Better than Jerry's Deli and 1/2 the price! Tons of real Blue Cheese, almost too much bacon, if there is such a thing, the deli turkey was moist and tasted freshly sliced, a whole hard broiled egg and fresh tomatoes. Oh, and the greens were a nice spring mix. We has ranch dressing. It was great, hugged the food and not watery at all. Yum. The Mile High Club Sammy - $7.49 - Foot long and delish. Fresh baked bread, not too hard, thick or chewy. Filled with fresh deli meats, again with the BACON, perfect amount of dressing, tomatoes and lettuce. Yum. We had originally ordered the salad for me and sandwich for him, but the sammy looked too good, and too big, so we shared it. We were both full! Had to save the salad for later..... again, shared... and full. That's about it. Good food, better than most sit down places for a salad and Club. Great service and EASY. A note to the owners: Great job! Please don't change a thing. Love your business model as well as your execution. (Right word?) Your care shines through. Oh! and I have pictures!!!!

    Hot Dog Sandwich :)

I ordered food through the iPhone app: GrubHub! The delivery gentleman showed up before the ETA given by GrubHub, the food was hot, and the service could not have been friendlier! The actual store is just down the street! YES, how incredibly lazy of me, I know. However after a week of working hard, it was time to do something nice for ME. Comfort food! 1) For tonight: Chicken noodle Soup! 2) Hot Dog Sandwich: for lunch mañana! Oh yeah, and Funyuns... 3) NY bagel sandwich (salmon, red onion rings, cream cheese and capers): for tomorrow's breakfast! -- I think they have a different name for it, but you get the idea... 4) an 8 oz container of garbanzo beans to use with a recently discovered recipe! Guess WHAT? For this particular place, you are able to pay via PAYPAL! Hooray!

    Half of a Cobb Salad

When my boss said "you have to go to that liquor store off of Screenland to get a salad", I was like uh no..food from a liquor store, thats not EVEN happening..So she just went and got it for me one day..1/2 of a Cobb salad with Dark greens and spinach on the bottom, then big cheddar cheese slices, tomato, sliced egg, the crispiest best bacon (and i don't even like bacon), a half avocado and deli turkey meat topped off with a side of ranch dressing-i barely even got to the actual salad on bottom for all the stuff on top! Seriously, you cant beat that and for the price. My boyfriend got the green veggie salad the other day and it was huge also-he couldn't even finish it..which is unlike him. They also have wraps, breakfast burritos, sandwiches, fruit trays, cookies and really a whole menu of stuff. This place is a liquor store but they have everything that a convenience/drug store would have too like toothpaste, sodas, band-aids etc..and get this - they deliver! Ahh my new favorite salad lunch take-out place ;) Yay! I tried the turkey sub and it was decent, nothing spectacular. Just your basic lettuce, tomato, meat and mustard spread but they did load it with about an inch of deli turkey meat.

$16 tuna melt consists of microwaved bread and cheese, an opened can of tuna tossed in it.... So disgusting, I'm dry heaving from the smell.

It has a great selection, it's clean, and the employees have always been friendly. I also appreciate that this store values inclusivity and gives meaningful employment opportunities to people who might not always be given the chance elsewhere. The only thing that has been a bit of a hassle has been renting their rug cleaners. The wait is often long (been stuck waiting for assistance for more than 30 mins on multiple occasions). I was also given a faulty rug cleaner that I had to come back and have replaced, which was kind of annoying to have to lug it back to the store and then once again wait to get a properly working one. But, all that aside, this continues to be my favorite store.

When I selected that option, it rang up as $2.49 instead. I called over the attendant to fix it, since you obviously need an employee to delete or correct an item. I explained the situation, and he looked at me like I was asking him to do something outrageous. He even looked at my friend to say, "Is she really asking me?" It was honestly uncomfortable and unnecessary. Who else would I ask.. All I needed was help correcting a pricing error. It was Sunday around 3 PM and the store wasn't even busy, so I don't understand the rude attitude. If you're assigned to self-checkout, assisting customers with issues is literally part of the job. Customer service makes a difference, even during small interactions. This one just left a bad impression.

This store has greatly improved. This place was so bad for a moment when I started coming here…read moreagain almost 3 years ago now. But what has changed is the rude staff are all gone (in my experience), everyone who is there now is friendly or at least neutral to me. Better than rude or awful. The speed at which checkout moves is fast or at least acceptable now. It used to be extremely slow, but it's greatly improved. You also used to close the self check out relatively early which now I notice you do NOT, which I am VERY appreciative of. Frankly I just can do it much faster than anyone and I prefer it to get in and out quickly, so thank you for keeping it in place and open later than you used to, that keeps the human cashier lines manageable. I'll buy wine so that's why I may need the human to help me out. But nothing more annoying to me than it being 10pm and there's 1 mile long line with full carts and all I need is 2-3 things, well that experience pretty much doesn't happen anymore which is very much appreciated. I find your evening staff to be notably most friendly, they're talkative but not obnoxious or slow and I feel comfortable coming through the line if I have to. There's a couple annoying things, like a few annoyingly narrow spots you have in extremely busy areas, I can't figure out why you have so much stuff directly in front of the cereal + chips aisle. People cannot pass through there easily, every single time I come here I bump into someone, like easily a 99% success rate that I'm going to crash into someone. That's not good. Same goes for too much stuff down the middle of the cheese/deli meat section near the bank, makes passing nearly impossible at times, then again near the self checkout you always have a lot of liquor which makes passing difficult. Customers don't like having to pretend it's a stop sign intersection to pass by, we just want to shop not have an island of liquor impeding progress. Another thing that bugs me is this is the only Ralph's that doesn't put clearance tags on the frozen food section stuff. Why? I've gotten mixed answers. One guy told me it's because the tags don't stay on because the packaging is wet from the freezer, well that's BS because other Ralph's stores do it just fine and the stickers aren't coming off. But another time I saw a guy at the self checkout take something from a woman who said she didn't want it anymore, so he went directly to the clearance door and just chucked it in there. So basically he didn't have time or care to find the true location (fair, he's working self checkout not restock) and so it ends up in the clearance spot, when it's not actually priced as so. Which makes people just buy it because they think it so on sale when it's not! A third time, I asked how to even know what the clearance price is? The guy told me "you find out it at the register". Well I want to know now, not when you ambush me into it and then we find out it's not on discount and you just throw it back into the discount section to repeat the cycle. Isn't that insane? Ultimately though the 2 gripes aren't going to keep me out of here anytime soon, I just thought it may be worth explaining.

On the afternoon of June 12, 2026, my 14-year-old son and I checked out with Olivia. We had only about a dozen items, and there was no one waiting behind us. Since my son is not accustomed to Aldi's self-bagging process, he was trying his best to bag our groceries but was moving a bit slowly. Rather than adjusting her pace, Olivia continued scanning rapidly and placing items into the cart, including some in the child-seat area. At one point, our half-gallon of milk nearly fell out. I understand that Aldi's business model emphasizes speed and efficiency, and I generally appreciate that. However, customer service should still matter. Because there was no line behind us, I was surprised that there seemed to be little patience for a young teenager who was genuinely trying to help. When I commented that things felt rushed, my concern was either misunderstood or ignored. At the end of the transaction, Olivia held my cash while waiting for space to place a frozen pizza that was still on the scanner. While her explanation made sense operationally, the overall interaction felt cold and unnecessarily rushed. Perhaps she was having a difficult day, but the experience came across as impatient and passive-aggressive rather than helpful. I want to emphasize that nearly every other cashier I have encountered at this Aldi has been friendly, patient, and accommodating. This review reflects one disappointing interaction, not my overall opinion of the store. A lot of the premade food is also great, and you can tell they put a lot of thought into the selection of their items. The flavor of most of their items is as good as anywhere else, and there are serious savings to be found there. That said, the other side of the coin is that the store is not always efficient. It takes them a long time to update their pricing once they're out of an item, and when they're running great deals, I'll regularly get excited to see there's a huge sale, look for the item the sale is referring to, and find that the item's been out of stock already for days. This has happened to me at least 10 times. There was also a period of several months in the past year where the entire dairy aisle was off limits due to an issue with the building, which made it impossible to buy any dairy from them for months at a time. Not to pile on, but it would be much appreciated if they kept one more person on register at any given time. The lines can get really long. All that said, I really do like ALDI, and I hope they can correct a bit and take some of the constructive criticism from a person who's a big fan of what they do. I'll be back soon!
