If I could give it less I would let me start by saying I've ordered from this place so many times and it's been fine never a problem but today the driver was late I opened my stuff to find my candy bar that had been charged as a king size which is what I wanted was just a normal one and cherry on top of it all the raspberry cheese has four green moldy spots I'm an honest person so when I called about it he guy who answered was nice but I won't be ordering from this place and shouldn't have even tipped the driver a penny read more

I'm new to the area and have used them several times. I love the convenience but the customer service is awful. Armand has promised to rectify wrong orders but when the time comes to do so he doesn't remember. This is a great service but they cheat you out of promised orders which you already paid for items. This review is about the turkey sandwich this place has the nerve to pass off as food for humans. this was overwhelmingly gross. this sandwich had more mayo on it than i have in my house. this sandwich was awful. my stomach hurts now. i can't try the potato salad now. my stomach is aching from all the mayo. im afraid to touch the potato salad, honestly. ive had subway sandwiches better than that blob of mayo, bread, lettuce mixture situation. i actually like mayo, usually its ok. but this sandwich made me feel as if the bread was injected with mayo. i was so hungry i tried to eat as much as i could and now my stomach hates me for it. im not sure if there are really people in this world that like their sandwiches with that much mayo, but this place is still open, so im guessing, yes? clearly im surrounded by people who hate themselves. im going to be smelling mayo in my sleep, im sure of it. im never eating here again ever. if this sandwich was free, it would be over valued by $50.00. although, there is no way id eat this sandwich if i was paid 50 bucks to take a loss like that. i feel like im going to vomit. i am very disappointed. this has been my biggest eat24 fail, by far. i wish i had more hands. 1 thumbs down puts this sandwich in a light that its not good enough to peek at. im so very hungry still. thanks for ruining my night guys. read more

Anything that makes life simpler, I'm a big fan of. When I first discovered Pink Dot I thought that life couldn't get much sweeter than that. Then I realized that while insanely convenient, their food leaned more heavily to the crappy than delicious end of the spectrum. (the pizza there is horrendous) But my fault really. Why order pizza from a grocery store when there are countless other places to call. Now that I reside on the opposite side of the hill, I realize the the laziness gods have smiled upon me once again, but this time with a seemingly 2.0 version that factored out some of the Pink Dot weaknesses. I give you Store 2 Door. Same schtick. Whatever you need (for the most part) groceries, delicious cold cuts and cheeses, all varieties of booze (hoo-ray) and some pretty good meals, ranging from sandwiches (awesome BLTs w/cheddar), soups, great salads, and breakfast stuffs. Just about every thing I've ordered has been satisfying and on par with a decent delivery restaurant. Also, they've always been spot on with the delivery time. When they've told me 30 minutes, they mean it. If they're busy and tell me 40 minutes, that's when I expect them. Only caveat, and that goes for all businesses of this nature, is you'll be spending more cash. But on more than one occasion when we've had people over and been running low on the sauce, they've kept the party rolling without anyone getting behind the wheel. And that is always worth the extra expense. Give them a try, if you haven't. Try the BLT or a breakfast burrito. (decent salsa, believe it or not) And let me know what you think. read more

Waited an hour and a half. First they said they waited for ten minutes, when I communicated via Eat24; when I called myself, they changed that story to waiting 30 minutes. It's convenient to order from them because they deliver and they have a lot of items in stock, but it's best to order online and not have to deal with rude people on the phone. This was the first and last time I place an order here. First, the website says around 30 minutes and it took over hour. Second, they got my order wrong when I called back they had me on hold for 15 min. I hung up and called back again. When I finally got someone on the phone I told them I had entered a coupon code for a free sandwich. He argued I didn't! But I did and why would I make it up on my first order? Why would I wait 15 min on hold? The customer service was terrible...how is it my fault that your system may have messed up? The guy then asked me if I wanted to place another order to get the sandwich....well wtf do you think I placed the original order for!!???!! Terrible. Yeah, they price gauge on everything a bit and tack on a $4 processing fee for delivery, but who else is gonna bring you medicine, tp, a delicious deli sam, a lighter and a twix bar at 1 a.m.? A bestfriend, maybe, but otherwise nobody :v Most of their drivers are elderly men, very cordial and nice. The young one is flirty, lol :) Love them. Fast service too. Great for those of us up in the hills where delivery options are limited. Pro tip: check the coupons on their site. Free lotto ticket for orders over $30, and some other good ones but you have to enter the code at checkout. Oh, and they deliver alcohol, like, no questions asked. read more

I love Store2Door! The delivery people are always outstanding, even when making a delivery to me at 2:15 am! I have placed orders, in the past, as late as 1:55 am and have still received the delivery and the person making the delivery never fails to have a smile on their face! Their Turkey sandwiches are delicious (especially on a croissant) and you can even get one for free when you order at least $30 in product. Any time they have been out of an item they have always called to let me know and to ask if I'd like to order something else to replace the OOS item. Very unhappy, I ordered before 2pm and they would not deliver alcohol. The rule is to order prior to 2AM and can deliver. Very disturbed after I have ordered from here many times. I've been using the services of Store 2 Door since I moved to Burbank area. I couldn't believe it the first time I got prepared food, groceries and liquor all delivered within an hour, usually 30 min. up until 2:00 am! What got my attention at first was their BLT sandwich on a french baguette. So good. Then I tried other sandwiches from their deli (which is separate from the grocery store, but if you order from the grocery store and include a deli order, it will all come in the same delivery). So, I can vouch for their meatball subs and roast beef and cheddar sandwiches too. But the BLT, 5 years later, is still the best!!! Delivery people are wonderfully friendly. read more

I honestly had no idea what to expect when I started my order, it was late & close to their closing time so I wasn't even positive I'd get my order. I chose a chicken noodle soup, chicken Caesar wrap & got cheesecake & some random candy bars. Came out INSANELY cheap. Everything arrived in under the estimated delivery countdown thing, delivery man was very polite. Hassled over 20 cents. Made me feel like a thief in a way. Come here frequently and had no issues. Every time I pay I almost always ask if "i'm good" before leaving, but when I returned tonight an employee out of nowhere told me "I was short 20 cents on my last visit." I don't appreciate being made to feel as if I "purposefully" ripped you off 20 cents by telling me twice that I was short. Also, next time count the change properly as I usually always ask "if I'm good" when paying such a small amount in change. Over 20 cents from a customer who has literally spent hundreds with you, is a bit ridiculous. Never coming back. Love Store 2 Door for those days when I'm too lazy to leave the house for milk, but I love it even more for their INCREDIBLE DELI! I ordered from them several times before trying their food. Things like paper towels,wine, eggs, orange juice, etc. It always arrived quickly, and the driver was friendly. I assumed the sandwiches were 7 Eleven-ish and never even considered ordering one. My boyfriend went for it one day and RAVED about the PBJ on a croissant, so I gave it a try. Its now my go-to for ordering in lunch! The breads are super yummy and the meat and veggies are fresh. The turkey sando and bagel with lox are my faves. There's no order minimum, so ordering for 1 is no problem :) Their prices are very reasonable. Even though we weren't able to buy anything because we had technical difficulties with our card the cashier Ej was super kind and helpful . We called at about 1:45am to make sure they were open because all of the other liquor stores that said they were open until 2:00am were actually closed . Definitely will come back here earlier than 5 minutes before closing because of their amazing customer service ! This place is not just a corner liquor store. When I come in which is almost daily, I'm treated like family. One of the clerks reminds me to keep up my physical therapy. I dropped a glass bottle another time and the handsome young man was so kind. I was so embarrassed and made a huge mess. He kept saying not to worry, just an accident etc. I could go anywhere else but, these people from the lady cooking to the delivery man make me feel like friends. They really care-today that is rare. I love this convenient way to eat and shop! Not only do I get to stay in my pajamas while I shop, the store is 2 my door within minutes. The service is great and the submarine sandwiches are made with quality ingredients that are a rare find. The breads, meats and cheeses are old school. I made my order at 745.. or so am. The order showed up finally a little after 9 am... not SO bad but the breakfast sandwich I ordered was cold and the bacon turned my stomach... I love bacon so I'm not sure What was wrong with it or why it tasted the way it did. Then the eggs (scrambled) in the sandwich had a green hue to them... maybe I shouldn't expect so much but when I'm paying a delivery fee , a handling fee, and I have to tip on top of that... 20.00 bucks for an egg and bacon sandwich, small coffee, and a pack of chocolate donuts... My roommate is also disabled,and even though I told him the delivery person was here and I needed his credit card, he called the store to ask where his delivery was.
