The law provides a cooling off period for most purchases, and there should have been a simple way to cancel this transaction. But for some reason, canceling took MULTIPLE calls and emails to this facility and still didn't result in a cancellation. They wanted proof that I had rebooked at another facility, as well as my credit card number -- I used a virtual number for online security, so I was not able to provide this. In the end, I was instructed to dispute the transaction through my credit card company, which I did. All for a simple mistake that I tried to remedy within minutes. Each Altitude appears to be independently owned and operated. If not, I would have canceled at our original desired location, as well, as the whole experience was ridiculous.

I do think it was a bit crowded, but it could have been worse. I enjoyed the variety of trampolines they had. We explored the dodgeball area, regular trampolines, tumble track, and rock climbing wall. The pit got very deep when more people got onto it but I did really enjoy the rock wall. It was something I haven't seen at a trampoline park. There was also a small zipline. I think it was only for kids and would not have held us. The staff was nice and helpful when purchasing. I think it was a fun sorority outing but definitely left me out of breath!

They had a 20 kid limit so we always knew it wouldn't be crowded. The entire concept is great, we buy the five play pass at least once a month if not more. This might be coming to an end because of what happened this morning. My nanny kid has a fractured tibia, play street is a safe option for us because I don't have to worry about dozens of kids tripping over her. We arrived at 9 am after booking a spot online and seeing they had plenty of spots open. The employee who was super nice let me know that they had a large field trip arriving during our play time. The reason we chose and have chosen play street over places like the thinkery because we don't have to battle for space or field trip groups. They should block these time slots out and not have spaces open because this will put them way over their own capacity. I'm not against field trips having places to go to- this is on the franchise owners for trying to accommodate too many people at one time. There needs to be a better system, if there's going to be field trips- find a way to mark it on your schedule so we don't waste our time driving here.

Fast forward to last week and we had literally nothing to do so we reserved a play time spot for $15. My jaw DROPPED when I saw all the toys and different stations for the kids. It was PERFECT for my bored little guy. Every station gets cleaned between sessions and I loved it. Everything was organized and the place is just so beautiful. I do wish they offered memberships but at $15 for 2 hours, we aren't complaining. The staff are all incredibly wonderful, happy, smiling folks who are so kind to the kids. We're going today and even I'm excited to get the kiddo out to PSM on this rainy day.

The classes are structured to include 2-3 activities/courses within 45-mins and it can be a little overwhelming for kids to adjust, especially in the initial few sessions but they get super involved after getting the hang of it. The entire family looked forward to the class every weekend! Awards are a nice touch for kids to feel proud, be bold and stand in front of a crowd. Scheduling is easy through the app and makeup classes are available in case the regular ones are missed. A couple of improvement points that other parents have noted - the floor is unclean so kids feet do get dirty. It can be icky when kids then try to wipe off the dirt spaces with their hands. You have to give a month's advance notice to discontinue membership but that notice is for billing cycle so you will be billed for one more month after that. So really they need a two months notice to ensure you can complete all the classes and don't get overcharged.

My kid was in what I believe was the second class of the day and their feet were so gross by the end of class with dirt. I would consider enrolling if it was cleaner but couldn't pay the asking price when the mats clearly don't get cleaned daily and there are dust piles in the corners.

I was stuck between the salad bar and the small basket of fries. Of course, I was hungry and should have eaten before I came, but I didn't. Luckily, the chick at the counter was nice. She explained everything. I ordered a personal size veggie pizza without cheese. When the food was ready, I was surprised that they didn't mess up my order. They exactly added pineapples and took off the black olives. The pizza was decent to taste, but definitely wasn't nasty, but not overly seasoned or spiced. It was good. I gobbled it right up. The personal option has about 5 slices, but small slices. I paired it with the sweetest drink that I hadn't had in long time: fruit punch. It was so sweet as if I was drinking liquid sugar. The restaurant was clean for what I saw. The staff was accommodating. I'm glad they got rid of the Chuck E Cheese that I grew up with he was very creepy looking. Seeing the new and slim Chuck E Cheese, I took a double take and appreciated this new rat better.

My little one enjoyed all the rides and wanted to do them again and again and again. The cheesy bread was quite greasy and pizza was decent. Food took a while to come out even though it was a weekday. Everything was fairly clean including the restrooms. There's a private parking lot just outside the entrance.
