The beer cheese had a very strong flavour which beer cheese should have. Perfect for this application. The hoagie as I mentioned was as messy as could be. They probably could have gone a little easier on the sauce but the sauce did have yood flavour. They certainly didn't skimp on the meatballs here either as they just bulge out of the sandwich.
