    Philly (secret menu item)
    Athena D.

Been supporting Mad Creationz for a while and it's one of my favorite places along with my husband. My husband always got the Philly and now it is one of my favorite burgers. It's basically a Philly cheesesteak but smash burger style. Their Mac n cheese? Amazing as well! I'm a huge fan of spice and flavor in my food so the Mac n cheese just hits so good! We used to go to the Nile's farmers market to get food but now that he's in Newark we go almost every weekend for brunch. Marcus and his team are always so welcoming and happy to help with any questions. So if you're curious about a menu item or curious if they have the ingredients to make the Philly, just ask them.

    Mushroom Smashburger and Garlic Fries

Vegetarian review, YMMV. The ambience around Niles Farmers market is always good, and staff are always cheerful when I see them smashing burgers on the grill, so I thought I'd give it a taste. Ordering their mushroom smashburger with a side of garlic fries. The mushroom burger was ok. The sauce overpowered all the other flavors though, and a better balance from the onions and mushrooms would have made it a lot better. The garlic fries were super disappointing. They tasted like regular fries with a bit of Parmesan and garlic bits sprinkled in. I usually don't like to factor in price as part of the reviews, but at $8 for garlic fries that didn't taste garlicky is not worth it.

My go to is the morning star burger (10/10). Today I wanted to try something different and ordered the space cowboy - unfortunately they were sold out of onion rings BUT! As usual they suggest maybe swapping the rings out for bacon or fries and they suggested why not both. F**k it why not! And damn!!! Let me tell you this was a damn amazing burger. I was worried it would be too much but it was absolutely perfect. Crispy fries soaked up some of the bbq and their spicy sauce. Brisket was Smokey and tender. Bacon was crispy and just the right amount of saltiness. The patty was great too -juicy with a nice crust. Amazing 10/10 would recommend. If they ever offer advice on modifications just listen because they DONT MISS!!

First encounter Marcus and Mad creationz last year at the Fremont art and wine festival. I was so hooked on his food that I try my best to make it to most of his pop ups at either farmers markets or events. You can tell the time and effort Marcus puts in his food. From the smash burgers to the brisket mac n cheese. Marcus is also one of the friendliest people you'll meet and so genuine. If you have the chance to check them out be sure to support!

    Royale with Cheese "slider".

My wife and I were lured to the MAD Creationz stand at the Niles Farmers Market by the delicious smell of the burgers being fried and the number of people standing in line waiting to order. We ordered two Royales with Cheese and one order of garlic fries. The total came out to $42. The drive home was torturous as the scent of the burgers had us salivating, and we couldn't wait to get home and dig in. When we got home and opened the to-go boxes, we couldn't believe the size of the burgers -- they were so... small? WTH? We paid $14 per SLIDER that was bathing in grease? The Smashburger chain's burgers aren't this greasy, so we couldn't understand why these were so greasy. The disappointment didn't end there as we opened the next box and were greeted by pale and undercooked fries. The centers were still firm instead of "fluffy", and the exteriors were soft and mushy. While the "sliders" were tasty and we finished them, we ended up tossing out the French fries as they were inedible. I would rather have spent the $42 at Bronco Billy's across the street from the farmers market where they serve up some delicious pizza and ice cold beers. We will not be ordering from MAD Creationz again, and I cannot, in good conscience, recommend them to anyone.

MAD creationz is SO GOOD! we catch them at the farmers market in Livermore and everything is always 10/10. We get the smash burgers and royale burger. Lots of flavor without being too much. The staff is always super friendly and ready to answer questions if needed.

Came by last minute before closing to grab the Mac and cheese with the brisket on top, was absolutely blown away by how delicious it was!! Had to step it up a notch and throw it on a sandwich 10/10 deff coming back!!

Marcus was such a wonderful host and business owner to speak with. The burgers are DEFINITELY delicious from cook, taste, veggies and condiments. The way the grease drips from each bite, I definitely would recommend this smash burger to anyone! All of their food is delicious and do not sleep on the brisket ON TOP of the Mac n Cheese! I going here again and again

The best burger i've had all year accompanied by 10/10 customer service. Mad Creationz offers a quality experience from start to finish. The owner and his family are passionate about their brand and you can taste it in their food. Highly recommend the 'Space Cowboy.' It will not disappoint!

Avocado toast with egg and breakfast sandwich
    Korina L.

Went to a farmer's market and while I was picking up produce, I kept smelling this heavenly delicious scent that seemed to be following me through the different booths. I finally made my way back up front and found this stall. I took a minute to decide, as all the options sounded so so good. I decided on avocado toast with egg as well as the breakfast sandwich. Ebony, who took my order, was such a delight. She was so friendly and approachable. When I got my food, it looked incredible and was super fresh. One bite of either dish and I was in heaven! So much flavor in EVERY bite. The sandwich had both sweet and savory going for it, and it was a perfect balance. The avocado toast was crispy, not soggy at all and a very pleasant ratio of avocado to toast. I enjoyed the meal so much that I had to go back to the booth and let them know how delicious the food was. I was also given the opportunity to try the brisket mac (thank you Marcus) and holy HECK it was SO yummy. I can't praise them enough. They're doing everything right. Please check them out if you get the chance, you will NOT regret it.

    Everything had such awesome flavor!

The carne asada tacos and carne asada torta were hella good. The carne was grilled to perfection and flavorful. They have a seating area that is covered so we decided to sit and eat while everything was hot and fresh. It's located on the side of a busy street, but there is plenty of parking on the side of the road across from the truck and the auto shop. We will def be coming back to try other items on the menu or whenever we are craving quality authentic tacos

The workers were super friendly and gave recommendations. I got the carnitas plate which came with rice/beans, a couple tacos, and a burrito (believe it was carne asada). The carnitas were almost dry, and lacked flavor. The beans on the plate tasted watered down, and the rice also fell flat. I was pretty disappointed in my $20 plate. The carne asada and al pastor on the tacos also lacked flavor, and I left feeling disappointed. The burrito was also OK, out of everything we ordered it was the only decent item. I wanted to like this spot but the flavors and taste were not there for us. Given several taco spots around the area, we probably have to pass on this one next time.

They offer plenty on their menu and have special deals too. You order at the counter and seat yourself. Service was okay. Not many people dining in but a lot of pick up orders. The sopes: Got 2 carnitas sopes and the meat was perfect. Soft but with a slight crisp and the flavor was all there. Plenty of cheese that caused a nice cheese pull. The steak nachos: They use shredded mozzarella but I don't think it was enough. A lot of the chips were bare and the ones that had it were dried out. The guac and sour cream balanced it out. The tacos: We got asada, chicken, and buche. Your average yellow tortilla perfectly oiled and heated up. I do feel like they skimped on the amount of meat they put on the asada tacos and the quality of the meat wasn't the best as there was a lot of fatty pieces. The winning meat was definitely the buche. It was fried just right and had a lot of flavor. The chicken was also very well seasoned and juicy. The green salsa was superior to the red salsa. It had a good heat level that wasn't overpowering like the red one. I appreciated that they added the pickled veggies on the side. Overall, a solid taco and sope spot. I will definitely return to try other items on the menu.

These tacos absolutely hit. However.... the wait. Taco Tuesday apparently activates some sort of time vortex. To-go orders routinely take 45 minutes to an hour, and dine-in isn't much better. You'll place your order, age emotionally, maybe grow a beard, and then BOOM tacos. Worth it? Usually. Efficient? Absolutely not. Outside of Taco Tuesday, prices jump fast. Case in point: $9 for 8 oz of guacamole. It's good guac, but at that price I half expect it to come with a tiny mariachi band or at least whisper affirmations while I eat it.
