Some dishes are smaller than ones, which is why we don't get too much of them. For the noodles, they separate them from other ingredients and we do have to mix them. I guess it's to prevent spills when transporting the food back home or other destinations. I'll have to take a look at their menus and see what they have since I'm not that familiar with it. This is the water you will receive unless you buy a beverage of your choice from their selection. Not going to lie, the wait felt almost like eternity ~25-30 minutes after ordering. But we all knew it was probably one chef in the back facing the lunch rush, simultaneously taking a bunch of online orders while serving us. You could see that this restaurant is ran through multiple generations of the family, with everyone coming in to help. We got the liang pi as a table to share and that was actually quite TASTY!! Cool and refreshing with a slight kick that builds after each bite! I think that was the highlight of what we ordered. Otherwise, the dishes on the menu did not always look like the images that were on the menu. Someone at my table ordered a spicier version of a soup but the plain version came out. It was our assumption that we were to add spice using the chili oil on the table (which wasn't much). Maybe it was an error on their menu. There were definitely areas to improve in the restaurant. The general cleanliness of the tables, and restroom would be good starting spots.
