I find it odd that she can remember exact details about our visit to her store when she is responding 15 months after the original review. All I can say is that my previous review stands and that everything I wrote was true to our experience. As a side note we had visited the store previously trying to save ourselves the 90 minute drive to Harrisonburg. Believe me we didn't keep going back because we enjoyed the horrible service.
