Stay away from Club Room shirts they shrink almost 50% and if Ralph Lauren slacks are your preference like mine try them on. I have been wearing Lancôme Dual finish powder for 20 years and have always purchased from Macy's. I have never had a problem returning or exchanging with or without a receipt until today. I merely wanted to exchange a new compact for another of a darker shade. It became an interrogation of whether or not it was bought at Macy's. Horrible experience purchasing furniture from Macy's. I order two identical couches from Macy's on December 22nd and all was told that I could expect delivery in 8 to 12 weeks for my newly purchased home. I have followed up several times and was finally told that one of the couches was in the warehouse. I agreed to accept the delivery of the one couch expecting the other would not be to far behind and low and behold I get a text today stating the other couch will not be delivered until June! This is unacceptable! I have had to reschedule my house warming twice due to this inconvenience. I was only offered 100.00 for the inconvenience! Be careful of what you order from Macy's. I understand it is the vendors fault but I did not purchase them from the vendor I purchased them from Macy's! The sales associates I purchased them from Kimberly has been awesome and no fault of hers. This was one of those experiences of over promise and way under deliver!! This is horrible!! read more

Two of those times I was told that day that the position I was interviewing for had already been filled.The other time the interviewer did not even show up! What a filthy and run down store. The dressing rooms and restrooms were deplorable. Even the employees seem uninterested and run down. Unfortunately I think it's an ugly reflection of how the Company and Management treat their own. These folks looked so miserable just being there. Review of MAC Cosmetics at Macy's I don't usually go to Macy's but I went to Perimeter to look for two MAC lipsticks and happened to park in the Macy's lot. I am completely direction-challenged so I avoid going to these big stores because, knowing me, I'll get turned around and lost. Fortunately, the MAC counter was smack dab in the middle of the Macy's store so it was hard to miss. This MAC is much smaller than the MAC Cosmetics store in Perimeter and, based on this and previous experiences, seem to run out of products quite quickly. But, this may be also because I always look for the most sought after items. No worries though, there are three MAC stores in Perimeter and you're bound to find what you're looking for in at least one of them. I came in, stood at the counter for a little bit testing out lipstick shades and waited for an associate. There weren't that many associates working, I believe I saw one cashing out and two helping out customers. There were more customers than associates and it seemed like every customer had a question so I did have to wait a bit for someone to come help. But no worries, I was having fun testing out lipsticks anyway. I ended up purchasing one lipstick because the other one I wanted sold out. Overall, pleasant experience! read more

This review is for the Men's suit department across 5 stores in 3 different states (Georgia, New York, Florida).Trying to buy suits for our wedding has been an absolute nightmare! Wrong suits were shipped even though employees assured me they were correct when I had my doubts - I have had to return 3 incorrect suits. I have spent many hours on the phone with individual employees, managers, and the 1-800-MACY's customer service number. Much of that time was spent waiting for someone to actually answer the phone or waiting on hold. On two separate occasions I was placed on hold 15-20 minutes prior to the store closing and was left on hold until the store closed, resulting in me being hung up on with no call back or apology. I called the Dadeland Mall Macy's in Miami, FL and could not get a single person to answer ANY men's department phones for 30 minutes. I called the women's shoe department and asked that they walk over to the men's department to see why no one was answering. Only then, did I get connected with a men's department employee. The final straw was when I asked an employee at Perimeter Macy's in Atlanta, GA to look for a suit on the rack to ship. She stated she would call me back because "she was busy," though she never called back. When my fiance called she stated they did not have the suit; however, my fiance went to the store the next morning and found the suit himself - she never looked! I can understand having problems with one employee or store, but to have continuous issues with multiple employees, across multiple stores and states in unacceptable. Young children's clothes are almost non-existent. I don't know if it's Macy's in general or just this store. I always got great kids clothes at Rich's and Macy's. And what a mess! There are better Macy's nearby. Lenox Mall with its new renovations is the best in Atlanta. The selection is huge and customer service is actually better than at Perimeter, especially in the Men's department. I was shocked but reminded how casual and lax the service is at Macy's but even more so at this location. They are unprofessional and somewhat like a clique. There was an issue with a female associate and I tried to speak to a manager at first but her "friend/colleague" intervened. We demanded to speak to the manager and explained how unprofessional she behaved and as such we decided against the purchase, the manager was not interested in the lost sale and not very sympathetic to the bad attitude of the associate. Will not return to this location. Much better service at Lenox and Northpoint. 2 stars cause it's Macy's and you can find most anything you need here. read more

I bought furniture from Macys last week. The delivery is scheduled to the following week. Everything well until the delivery men showed up at the door. Since there is no muscle help at the house, I requested the delivery truck guys to help move a old piece to a different level. They were rude and refused to move them. Since it was a rainy day, the plastic was wet. Floors got dirty and the delivery men didnt bother to clean up after. In this day and age, i am very disappointed at the inconsiderate and inhuman behavior of Macys employees. This is 2nd big purchase from Macys. I really want to share my story with everyone. Today (July 21st, 2017) is my bad and good luck day. I went to shop at Macy's Perimeter Mall at 9:10 p.m. and walked out at 10:00. When I was about to open the door of my vehicle, I realized that I lost my car key. This is a large key chain that contains the car key, my house key, storage room key and grocery store cards, etc. What I could recall was I took the key chain in my hand (I know I should put it in my purse) while shopping then I put it on a flat surface BUT I could not remember what it was. I immediately ran back to the store and searched for it. The sales associate in the Petite section and the store manager, Jasmine helped me look for the car key in the fitting rooms, counter tops, floor, everywhere. We all know that when we are panic, our brains are blank. My brain was not working at that time. When the store light was shut down at 10:30 p.m., we still had no luck. I finally gave it up. I left my name and phone number with Jasmine. She said she was going to text all sales associates. Hopefully someone who finds my key would return it to the store register. When Jasmine walked me out of the door, we passed a fitting room which was my 1st stop but I forgot it. See, I told you my brain was not working. This fitting room that I have not yet checked. So I walked in the room which I tried clothes, but it was all cleared. Jasmine then checked the cashier's drawers. Then the miracle happened: my car key was sitting in the drawer! I was so excited! She was my lucky star of the day! When I walked out of the door at 10:40 p.m., Jasmine and the security clerk still stayed late because of me! I was so touched. I am so grateful to have Jasmine on my side when I was hopeless. She is so professional, helpful with great work attitude. Kudos to Jasmine and her team! You are the BEST! I went shopping with my parents today, to help them pick out household items, we were there for about 4 hours shopping. The first cashier was very helpful, he actually helped me opened a card. After the lovely experience with this young man, my parents wanted to go back in to buy bathroom items. When we went to check out line the customer before us seem as if she was having a hard time with the cashier. This cashier lady was not helpful to the customer in front of me and I witnessed the interaction. No clue to what happen between them but it was not friendly. When it became my turn to check out this cashier lady didn't seem happy to ring me up. You can just see it in her face that she wasn't in the mood, which I completely understand because it is the holiday season. However her attitude towards my mother was not kind. I didn't think my second experience checking out was going to be difficult. Overall there customer service wasn't horrible but it was not good either. Probably not coming back to this Macy's to shop ever again. read more

I work at an apartment complex in Buckhead and this Macy's was delivering furniture to one of our residents. She spent $5000 on furniture and when the delivery driver arrived- ahead of her scheduled delivery window- she was here and we called her to tell her to come down. The truck had 1 other delivery to make at the complex, and they were supposed to contact our resident 30 min before the delivery time. Instead, the delivery drivers asked us to contact the residents for the delivery and after making the delivery for the first resident the truck drove away- NEVER even calling her to let her know they were leaving. They had access to the complex and the loading dock and apparently just didn't want to wait as they were early for the appointment. We called the store and after being firm with the manager, 20 min later we got a call saying the driver had "gone to lunch". Terrible customer service! read more
