    Black Friday aftermath! I feel bad for the employees who have to sort this mountain of shoes.

    You can find pretty good deals at Macy's, but you will have to do quite a bit of digging. I've been here a few times but never got around to review this particular location. It's not as messy as the Macy's in Natick, but far from organized. The sale racks all the way in the back of the store are almost always a giant mess. And I know that consumers are at fault for the chaos, but the employes did not seem keen on fixing the problem. There were two women back there last Sunday pretending to organize the racks. And I say pretend because one of them was on her phone, and the other was actually trying things on as she worked. The shoe section is much more organized, including the sale items. I was perusing the shoes that had been put on sale, when the same employee who was "organizing" the clothes in the sale section came over and began trying on all the shoes while she moved them around to ensure they were in the correct location. I understand trying on things while you're on break, but doing it while working is just weird. I always wondered why Macy's was so messy. Now I know. You can blame the customers for not returning items to their original location, but it's the employees who seem very reluctant to keep up with re-organizing the clothing that is out of place.

    this store smells too toxic/overwhelming in my opinion. the air quality is poor. the jewelry staff are attentive & friendly.

The most concerning issue is the condition of the rugs throughout the store. They are torn, frayed, and tangled to the point where they present a clear tripping hazard. It is not a minor detail. It is something anyone can see the moment they walk in. It makes the store look neglected and creates an unsafe environment for shoppers who should not have to watch every step they take. The return policy is another major problem. For a brand that charges premium prices, the policy feels restrictive and outdated. There is no flexibility and no real consideration for the fact that customers are investing a significant amount of money in their products. Other retailers in the same price range have moved forward with more reasonable policies, but this location has not. Aritzia may sell beautiful clothing, but the overall experience at this store does not match the quality of the merchandise. Safety, customer care, and basic upkeep should not be optional. Until those issues are taken seriously, this location falls short of the standard the brand claims to represent.

I'm assuming she will be reading this because she is the highest ranking in the store so she claim. ( you know who you are) She was rude, impatient, and condescending. I have a feeling why she is angry though. My best guess is that she is angry with her haircut. The staff we're not at all helpful, and we're making up return policy rules that were not posted on the website. I have reported this to the Better Business Bureau

    I ordered 5 long sleeve tees, they left off half of the mailing address so UPS could not deliver…read morethe order and were sending the package back to lands' end. I called and they said that they would resend the order except that one of the tees was out of stock. Well I got the new order again they left off some of the address. But there was no paper work with the order, which is a bummer because I have to return them because they are very thin, they feel like nylon and not cotton. Now I have to drive 2 and a half hours to return them to the store for they didn't put in a return slip. Last time I'll shop at lands' end Update went to store to return items and they couldn't return them online. Now I have a hand written receipt. Guess I am out the 100.00. Merry Christmas

    My review is regarding their corporate customer service. I called as I had an item I wanted to…read morereturn. It was just over the 90 day return window so I had no high expectations. Just thought it wouldn't hurt to call in case they could make an exception. After 90 minutes speaking with two reps and their manager, I was told to mail them my item. They would give me a credit once received. After a month, I received a note in the mail that I would not be refunded. Upon calling again, they received my item but told me I would not be refunded because of their 90 day return policy. I asked if I could have the item back instead and was told they could not return it. Due to miscommunication on their part and overall bad customer service, I am without a refund or the item I purchased.
