I have been shopping at Kiko + Sven for the past several years. It was one of the first stores I…read morelearned about when I went to the very first Adams Avenue Spirit Stroll, which is a local, annual sip and shop event. I then went back to do a little holiday shopping, and have been back many times since. I am also happy that the shop continues to host a spirt stop on the stroll. Kiko + Sven is a tiny shop with a lot of cute items. Some appear handmade and other are just cute or unique. They probably have more jewelry than anything. It is mostly dainty gold and silver, some with long beads and some made from clay. They have a back wall that is full of greeting cards, and a section of toddler and baby items. There are usually quite a few candles and soaps, and a small amount of cocktail/cooking supplies. All of it calls out to me... and makes me want to spend money. They also have a rack of clothing in the shop, and usually a sale rack outside. I have bought a couple of tops and a cute shawl there in the past, but since the selection is so small, I often don't find any clothing that either is my size or style. I think it is a great shop to browse and find something unecspected. As it is very small, the times I went looking for something more specific for gifts, it has been a bit hit or miss. Their stock varies over time and you may or may not luck out. All in all, if you are shopping or eating on Adams, go check it out. It's really fun to browse and you may find something you like. Also, they will make you an account so you can put your phone number in for discounts without any coupons or solicitaitons.

I always look forward to going in there to see what they have. Also the service is always helpful and can answer any questions you may have. They also support local artists and there always new items to see when you go in. Also if you are a plant lover they have unique ones as well as pots too.

She deserves a shout out because it was BUSYA TODAY and she really kept things fun and lighthearted. Loved the earrings I was able to fly in today, they even have flat back ones that were decently priced and sterling silver so fingers crossed I won't have an allergic reaction!

Fun shopping excursion! There are just so many different…read moretypes of home goods and clothing and accessory items-I spent about 45 minutes just to pick up a couple of things from a to-do list. My first item to purchase, a small lamp. This Home Goods store offered many styles-15 minutes to decide. Second, and just for fun, foodstuffs. Imported Mafalde con archetto, a lasagna styled ruffled edge pasta. Cut to approximately 1/3 the width of actual lasagna noodles, I'm looking to create something unusual- thank you Falco of Naples, Italy. I also found Bobo's wild berry stuffed oat bites-soft, vegan chewy goodness. The highlight of this trip was the polyester satin pillowcases. Labeled as gentle for skin and hair, great for allergy sufferers and machine washable-YES, all three are true. I only wish I had purchased them before I bought this months allergy meds. So far, the pillowcases appear to be enough. A fun shopping experience if you have the time, but today I removed a star for the unbelievably long wait to get to a cash register-the wait was easily over 20 minutes. Free parking lot. Good prices. Plenty of variety. Clean, well stocked store. Nice customer service people.

There are a good sampling of her clothing hanging up for viewing and purchasing, but her passion is to customize it for you - different fit, different fabric, different colour, etc. So cool! So when you find something that strikes your fancy, she's got this great space in the back to show off some of her fabrics and designs - how quaint! Currently, she also has this fabulous collection of old Dior chunky jewelry that a friend-of-a-friend modeled a few decades ago - how fun! And incredibly priced - most of the Dior jewelry, and the other estate stuff runs ~$20-40. I would definitely check this place out in South Park, and can't wait to go shopping there myself again soon!
