But before we drove out there, I called the store and the wonderful Ms. Kaneka answered the phone and let me tell you...she was so amazing! The level of customer service she provided was outstanding. I didn't know people were still going above and beyond. She ending up finding the shoe in their store and we drove out that way. It was too funny when we walked in the door...it's as if she knew it was me from the phone call. WSS, thank you for hiring Kaneka. She is an asset to the business and she knows how to make sale.
