She snapped "NO" before even listening, gave me wrong information about dates, made up a "1‑week return policy," and kept changing her excuses every time I corrected her. When I showed her Dick's own price‑adjustment policy from their website, she arrogantly said "I know it all" and still refused to help. I walked out because she clearly didn't want to do her job.
