If you're familiar with the area then you know parking is in a garage with minimal street parking and this place can get busy. The store is located on the south end of Legacy West. I love what they've done with the place and really maximized space from what was here before. Their fashion is high quality day to day outfits or outfits for the corporate world. They also have loungewear and a variety of outfits you can dress up and down. Their team is extremely helpful and I was offered assistance multiple times. The fitting rooms are huge and there is a lot of space for people to sit down especially if you're shopping with someone who doesn't want to be there. I bought a dress for $78 which is higher than where I normally shop but the quality was so nice and I was easily sold! I definitely recommend stopping by. P.S. Super nice, normal and friendly staff who will do everything possible to ensure you have an ultimate experience. (No snobs on staff.) Today I drove 20 minutes from HP to go to this store specifically. (The Downtown and Northpark location are no where close in giving a great experience! Those employees are aloof, or on busy days - frazzled and can barely deal with 2 customers at the same time.) I was greated by a nice lady as I walked in who answered 2 questions I had. A few minutes later I passed her again and she offered to alert the cologne staff I was headed that way. Awesome VIP service to a unknown customer! (Nafise - you are fabulous!) At the cologne area, Geraldyne took 45 minutes to help me evaluate Tom Ford colognes. It was so fun - and there was a vendor rep who joined us and helped. I had a blast!!! So, they gave me 3 sample tubes of the Tom Fords I likes most. But then they pulled out 14 other samples of high end men's colognes!! They even included the #1 winner of the best cologne in the world too (it won the world wide FIFI cologne competition). Then I got to chat for 30 minutes with Nafise on my way out. Turns out she is on the management team and awesome to know. Personally, I've not had such a great Neimans experience in decades. I'll NEVER go to Northpark or Downtown again.
