Specialties
My endurance coaching program combines over a decade of experience as a professional multisport athlete, runner, and mountain biker with a Master's degree in Education and certification in Physical Education to present instruction that is individualized, based in best practices, educational, and highly communicative. I provide more than a list of workouts, and ongoing communication, accountability, teaching, and encouragement are commonplace for the athletes with whom I work.
Coaching may be a good fit for newcomers to endurance sports who seek education, structure, appropriate goals, and reasonable steps. Weekend warriors, parents, and age-groupers may benefit from workouts that make the most of their limited time and positive support that provides accountability and camaraderie. Pros and elites (I use and appreciate a coach myself) may enjoy the input of another expert who can help them look at the big picture, speed up when needed, and hold back when wise.
