So check the facebook page to see where she might be popping up. We've known Sam and her cooking for awhile now. She pretty much ran the cafe over at her family farm and it was Awesome! Especially with all the local goodies that came in for the little market they had there. It was really something special. And for whatever reason during 2020 or early 2021 the Farm owner decided to "co-own" with a couple people who as far as I've seen obviously don't know too much about farming or running a cafe. We pulled up one day and noticed the entire building was empty and it broke our hearts. One of the "Co-owners" comes down and tells us "We're trying to get the cafe back up and running probably by the end of the month ... we're just having a lot of trouble trying to get a Facebook page going for it" .... #1 Making a facebook page takes about 5 minutes to do. #2 That was 7 Months ago and we stopped in a few weeks ago to check, still nothing ... They moved the Swing Set Though .... so ... they got that going for them .... good job (thumb up) Anyways, Sam obviously got the hell out of that situation, she was doing this food truck way before all that crap went down anyway. I just love that she called it "Flippin The Bird" she's the best. Well I tell you what, this is some of the best Mac and Cheese you will find in Massachusetts. Trust me ... I've had damn near all the mac and cheese this friggin State has to offer. It's an amazing Home Cooked Style, Baked, nice gritty stringy cheese the way it's supposed to be. Got a pulled pork Staker! Base Layer was a Sweet Buttered Cornbread! GOOD LORD! Covered in BBQ Baked Beans! Mac and Cheese on top of the Beans, Deliciously smoked and tasty Pulled Pork, and Topped with Amazing Slaw and fried onion strings. YES! I usually HATE these sundae things but OMG Her food is the BOMB!!! I don't think there was any BBQ sauce on anything either which was a good thing, too many great flavors in this thing and BBQ Sauce would have over powered all of it. Next time I'll get an actual meal and hopefully I'll catch her on a Rib day. Lots of Food made with Love!

My husband got a Hawaiian Dog and I got a Pearl Hot dog (because I prefer beef) with onions, cheddar, and brown mustard. We both really enjoyed our dogs. They were delicious! But more importantly, the guy who runs the business is really nice. He has a "pay it forward " program where he'll give free food to anyone who is unable to pay, and other patrons can contribute toward that program. It was my honor to contribute today. The food is made in a converted trolley car that sits in a parking lot. Plenty of parking, and a few picnic tables around. I brought our dogs home so didn't experience the tables. All in all, a great business, yummy food, and they help people.

I had a chicken pot pie; fresh, homemade and very good. Tuesdays are taco days and we got a chicken tacos as well, which were solid! Staff were great (and funny). Prices were super reasonable, but we left a bit extra on the tip especially after finding out they operate as a non-profit and raise funds for the town Xmas Parade. She contacted them ahead of time to get more details (they didn't have a Yelp page yet) and they advised to park across the street at the package store (was it a package store? I think it used to be Lynch's drugstore years ago? I'm not positive anymore). We parked and crossed the street. We weren't quite sure where to go and stopped at the front screen door to ask. They told us to follow around the side of the building to the back. We stepped into their back patio and were quickly in a relaxed atmosphere. The patio was set up beautifully with plenty of tables, umbrellas and lots and lots of plants!!! They came out and helped us pick a nice shaded spot to enjoy our meal. We were offered menus and the woman who seems to be the originator of this 'idea' (her name is fittingly Holly), sat down with us and told us how this venture is all run by volunteers and all the money raised goes towards funding the town of Uxbridge's annual Christmas Parade. She also explained to us (along with her marine biologist daughter) how they are trying to be as environmentally conscious as they can be. All the paper products were recyclable as well as the disposable eating utensils. They also made an extra effort to get canned water as to cut back on plastic. My friend got the chicken pot pie and I got the pastrami sandwich. We were quite pleased with our selections. They have a regular everyday menu and specials everyday. They have limited hours of Tuesday thru Friday from 11-3 pm. Go check them out, you'll enjoy a delicious meal, help a great cause and get to relax on their cute patio!!

They offer a variety of classic, signature & extreme hot dogs (Kayem), chili, fries, Frito pie, cookies, chips, and cold Pepsi products. They offer online ordering and DoorDash delivery. Recently, while I was doing some shopping at the mall, I decided to place an online order for The Woostah ($7 plus tax), The Fredo ($6 plus tax), French Connection ($7 plus tax), and a Frito Pie ($8 plus tax). My order was all set for pickup in under 10 minutes. I enjoyed my hot dogs on soft warm NE hot dog buns and Frito pie in the food court. The Woostah (Relish, mustard, onions, bacon bits, banana peppers, celery salt, dill spear), The Fredo (chili, melted cheese sauce), and French Connection (Fried French onions, melted cheese sauce, bbq sauce drizzle) hot dogs were very enjoyable. The small bowl of Frito pie (chili & crunchy Fritos) went well with the hot dogs. I am very glad that a physical permanent location of The Dogfather is now open.

Order online through Toast (no fees) or DoorDash (delivery). Recently, after shopping on the hill, I headed over to Cielito Lindo for takeout. I actually placed two separate orders, through Toast and Door Dash (use credits & redeem a discount). On the Toast order, I got the Birria Ramen ($15 plus tax) and 1 Al Pastor Taco ($4 plus tax). On the DoorDash pickup order, I ordered 7 Tacos ($4 plus tax each) including 2 Chorizo, 2 Chicken, 2 Asada and 1 Al Pastor and got $8 off this order with a promo. The place was quite busy with plenty of Dashers stopping by to pickup delivery orders. I waited about 20 minutes for my orders to be ready. The Tacos were really good, which were filled with tender meats, cilantro & onions in warm soft corn tortillas, limes and verde salsa on the side. The birria ramen had soft thicker ramen noodles, consome, soft birria, onions, cilantro, cheese, and limes (on the side), which was hearty and filling. Overall, this taco trailer was a good find with tasty eats and conveniently located off I-495 Exit 67 and parked next to a dispensary near a busy shopping center.
