Mom and pop style restaurant, definitely not a chain, this is all they currently operate. Been there 5 times in 4 years, they formerly used to have references to another location but no longer. Ambiance is casual and good, very clean, and they make seasonal decorations. A typical small strip mall bloc restaurant. Service is mostly counter sales but they have tables and a counter and will bring your order to you. I never order via any online apps, so no experience there. Their motto is "Mamacita needs a Margarita!". They sell some bottled beers and Margarita by the jar or by the cup. Get you summa this!

It seems to be a chain, so i doubt any feedback will go anywhere. 1. THeir PSTN phone (land) line did not work at all from a cellular call (repeatedly) -- i thought the business had closed. From a landline, it had multiple issues: (a) several attempts it rang once(half-ring) and beeped/hung up; (b) when i finally did connect, she couldn't hear me 2. The chownow app that is integrated within their squarespace website is awful. THere were multiple issues: (a) the dropdown menu radio button selections were forced choice [not labeled as "required"], and if the choices didn't quite fit, you had to explain in the Special Instructions <textarea> field. But that field was limited to 200 chars. which was far from sufficient with the order details we needed to convey for our items. Why would they have such a limitation?! (b) once i got to the checkout, all of a sudden, it gave an error and threw me out: "Menu timeout" - whoever came up with that?! (c) i had to re enter everything again, this time abbreviating all the special instructions to fit within 200 chars. (d) most ordering apps will text you when the order is ready for pickup, this did not. Does anyone in their company test their systems? DOes anyone care? [BTW The staff in West Boylston was quite courteous and great at filling the order, but they didn't seem to care about the ordering process]

Mexican music plays in the background but not loud. The restaurant is clean and has a fun Mexican theme. The bathroom is very small but clean, also decorated in a Mexican theme. We were greeted by a friendly hostess who sat us right away. The waiter came over almost immediately and got us our drinks. My daughter got the homemade sangria and said it was very good. Naco chips came out right away with some spicy salsa. I ordered the seafood burrito and my daughter orders the burrito mole. My seafood burrito was absolutely stuffed with seafood and it was delicious. I would definitely get it again. I asked for the tomatillo sauce on the side in case it was going to be spicy, but it had the right amount of heat and was very flavorful. Mixing the rice with the black beans and the tomatillo sauce made a really tasty bite. My daughter enjoyed her mole burrito and cleaned her plate. We didn't get dessert. We were too stuffed! The price for each meal was $17.99, which I found to be an extremely good value for such a quality meal. I took their takeout menu. We're definitely coming back and will order takeout.

Torito Mexican Restaurant (Lincoln St.) Rating: (and a…read morenap) If you are looking for a quiet, low-key evening where you can hear your own thoughts, stay away from the Fajitas at Torito. I ordered the steak and chicken combo, and I'm pretty sure they didn't bring it out on a plate--they brought it out on a tectonic plate. The sizzle was so loud I had to use hand signals to communicate with my date for the first three minutes. I felt like a celebrity entering a press conference, except instead of camera flashes, I was being blinded by delicious, onion-scented steam. The fajitas are phenomenal. The meat was so tender I'm convinced the chef sings it lullabies before it hits the grill. The Margarita Situation Then, let's talk about the Margaritas. I don't know what kind of structural engineering goes into these things, but they absolutely rock. Size: Somewhere between "Large" and "Fishbowl." Potency: One sip and I forgot my middle name; two sips and I was ready to audition for a Mariachi band. Taste: Perfectly balanced. Not that neon-green syrup you find at the grocery store, but the real deal. The Verdict By the time I finished, I was 40% salsa and 60% fajita by body weight. If you see someone rolling down Lincoln Street like a human burrito later tonight, mind your business--that's just me living my best life. Pro Tip: Wear your "eating pants" (the ones with the elastic waistband). You're going to need the extra room.
