Having lived in Texas, this food truck satisfies my craving for bbq. The food and service are excellent! I'm so sad that they are leaving for Florida. read more

The food is tasty and a good value for the money. The problem was the address listed on Yelp is wrong. It is on Washington St across from Kith and Kin (another fine choice) read more

They were at Erickson's Ice cream in Stow tonight and I knew I had to swing in when I saw the truck. Some of the best Ribs I've ever had and the loaded Mac n Cheese with Briskett is phenomenal. Owner was in the truck and he even gave me a free rib while I waited (less than a 5 minute wait). The food is delicious and I highly recommend grabbing some of the best quality BBQ around if you ever see their truck. Follow them on Facebook as they update their locations often. 5 out of read more

My father was a HUGE Texas barbecue fan. When he passed away suddenly, my family knew we had to provide some barbecue after the funeral in honor of Dad. But grief is tough and planning big shindigs while you're grieving is not fun. But Eric was absolutely amazing. He went ABOVE AND BEYOND to prepare and deliver an amazing feast for 125 on just a few days' notice. I will never forget his kindness to my family. Incredible. And it was SOOO good. Especially the brisket, beans, and potato salad. Just delicious. read more

Went there for the first time. They screwed up my order. Had to drive back and ask for the rest of my food. The lady in the truck looked in the bag and filled my order. I thought she would ask if I would want a free dessert, but NO. The ribs were DRY and the MAC and cheese was like pudding. The brisket was ok but not the best that I've had at other places. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE!! And they have the balls to ask for a tip on their website. For what I'm picking up the food twice. It's very expensive to eat there. Better off going to BJ's and buying a rack for $17.00 and cooking them myself. read more

Food was good. I got a 5lbs potato which I guess would be described more as a bowl with a potato base and covered in bbq meats and Mac-n-cheese. I would of loved to see a. Here's sauce on the potato as once you got down into it it was a thick layer of potato. Price was $30. Also got a stuffed jalapeño. It was stuffed with brisket and cheese, stuffed into a jalapeño, wrapped in bacon then smoked. It was very good but was also on the verge of being to salty to eat. read more

Born and raised in Texas, this place rocks! Food is delicious, service is excellent. Gives me a taste of home!

Delicious food done well. Worth every penny - especially considering you'll have food for a week. Loved it!

BEST BBQ AROUND!!!! I've tried almost everything on the menu and the Cowboy Corn is my favorite side!! Best slow cooked brisket in the state!! Give it a try, you won't be disappointed read more

Eric was kind enough to call us right back to let us know the burnt ends would be about an hour. I can see why they sell out so quickly. They were fantastic. Not only did he call to offer something else but because we decided to wait he LOADED up the container with twice the amount we ordered and paid for. Not necessary but definitely appreciated. Everything was delicious. The pulled pork, the creamy mac and cheese yummm. Already looking forward to ordering again soon read more

So went to try it out. I liked the ribs but the brisket was given with a ton of fat. Not trimmed but mostly half fat and half brisket. I had never seen that before with bbq...to pay for fat. It was tasty with respect to the meat parts. Considering we ordered three brisket orders, it certainly could have been better. Sadly I can't justify going back if I'm being given 50% fat. It certainly did not fit what they advertised on Facebook. read more

Returned for the ribs which were quite good, also tried the jalapeño cheddar sausage which is also very good. Can't emphasize enough how good the sausage is. The real surprise was the peach cobbler. It is a must try. Was nice and warm with a cinnamon twist. It is nice to have a good bbq place nearby. read more

Right off the bat I gotta say it's a bit on the pricey side but I will say it's worth it if you are serious about your BBQ. My score is more like a 4.8 for these guys. But a 2 meat combo is $33, and I understand that the meats are getting more expensive. But those meal deals include 2 sides ... cornbread is a dollar extra. I don't think the ribs are included in their meal deal plans (Combo meals) so I got the Brisket and Chicken meal deal and these ribs on the side. It was cheaper than boosting it up to a 3 meat meal deal. Sliced brisket looked INSANELY GOOD! Juicy, Shiny, Bark was thick, had a good marbling to it, smelled that pepper rub instantly. Flavor was excellent, bark was a bit tough for my liking but sometimes the bark kinda has to be like that to get that good texture and flavor for the meat. Meat was real soft and melted in the mouth real easy. Some of the better brisket I've ever had. Only thing I could have wanted a little bit of was more flavor located in the fat but it melted perfectly. Ribs came with little individual packets of Sweet Baby Ray's sauce which made me go "BOO!" I mean come on! But whatever. I got the 3 ribs. Heavily rubbed down with the nice red spices, good smoke ring, excellent amount of meat too, bones liked to fall off (not preferable but taste was still great). Rub leaned a little bit more to the sweet side rather than a salty, smokey, savory side and that's perfectly fine. Meat was a great smokey flavor and pork flavor was still there. I actually did throw a bit of the sweet baby rays on top of the rest of the ribs but that's just because I didn't have a drink and I needed it to go down a bit smoother. I know Im in the minority when I say this, I like a bit more of a saltier rub for my BBQ. Pulled Chicken. Menu just said "Chicken" so I assumed it was pulled which is usually is. Seasoned well, obviously cooked in a crock for a bit cause of the juicy and orange look. They say they get the boneless breasts and smoke them and then pull them. I could honestly taste that. It tasted like it was just boneless chicken breasts and not a nice mix of the rest of the chicken. But it was still a decent flavor. Just ... I like a mix of white, dark, skin infused flavor, slow smoked whole chicken taste. Apparently they have some stuffed jalapeno's they call "Texas Twinkies" and Im not a stuffed pepper fan but I would have grabbed one. Cornbread looked like a Twinkie from a distance. Just plain old cornbread mix, yellow cake style. Nothing crazy. Mac and Cheese was shell pasta with white cheddar cheese sauce, smelled and looked like Annie's style. Nothing great, just regular boiled pasta with a goop, at least it's White cheese goop though and not the orange stuff that always tastes like weird stuff. Cowboy Corn: Sweet Creamed Corn in a south west seasoning. Looks like roasted corn kernels tossed in a nice Chipotle mayo. Actually tasted pretty good. Tiny little heat kick that is countered with the sweetness of the corn. Potato Salad: Super yellow! Mostly mustard based, but it was sweet and potatoes were cooked perfectly. Light seasoning of maybe black pepper and oregano or some green leafy thing. Actually extremely enjoyable. Beans were loaded right to the top of the container. BBQ Baked Bean style, meaning they cook in BBQ sauce pretty much. Equal amount of sauce vs beans. Gravy didn't drip that much though so that is good in my book. Definitely some onions and maybe some garlic. Beans were cooked perfectly, flavor of bean was still there and the BBQ didn't kill the bean flavor. Pretty darn good BBQ and a contender for top BBQ joints in New England IMO. read more

I posted the pictures in the order in which I peeled away the luscious layers of ribs, brisket, beans, cheese, baked potato, butter, and sour cream! The last picture is 1/3 of the food in the container! I find it hysterical that there was just one fork in the bag! Thank you again Eric! It was my absolute pleasure to meet/chat with you! read more

This food truck is outstanding. The BBQ is the most authentic around; ribs fall of the bone as you pick them up, brisket is super juicy, pulled pork and chicken are bomb. All around great place, great owners, great portions. Can't think of one complaint about this place.. ok maybe the wait. But what can you do? This place is so popular there is almost always a line, but I assure you it's worth the wait. read more

Gave it a try after some good reviews... food was dry, over smoked and half the menu was not available. Small food truck that can't serve too many. Get there early or limited choices. Also the wait inline for 4 people infront of me was a bit much, 20 min. Need some help to serve in a timely manner. read more

Amazing food and friendly service. I have tried almost everything on the menu and never had anything I didn't like. The brisket and bacon burnt ends are my go to, you seriously need to try the bacon burnt ends. I love that you can request lean or fatty brisket if you have a preference which is great! First time visit tonite. We will be back. Best authentic bbq in the area. Friendly people who obviously have pride in their craft. Phenomenal brisket. Great pulled pork. St. Louis ribs were perfectly cooked. Unlike a lot of specialty food vendors whose "sides" are an afterthought, the potato salad and beans are as good as the main course!
