Ordered on the app that was pushed to me from their own direct website. I went in to pickup my orser after I was messaged that the order was ready. It was not and I ended up waiting another 10 mintutes. At first it seemed that the problem was an unmade salad. I listened as instructions for the salad were called out and had to correct them in the process as they were reading wrong instructions. After a few minutes they handed me my order - missing a pizza. I pointed that out. They apologized and said they would still have to make it and it would be 7-minutes and to wait in my car. I questioned the 7-minutes but they said that is all. 15-minutes later they came out handing me the three pizza's and my salad. I left to go home. Then they called me 10 minutes into my drive home to tell me they gave me the wrong pizza (which is a type I don't want). After the 25 total minute extra wait, having to correct them on reading the order, and the wrong pizza I asked for a full refund. I was told that a.) this happens on Friday nights due to them being busy b.) that they usually do not get orders from the app I used (which came up from their direct website) c.) That people never order the specific pizza I chose (which is on their menu). I reminded him that I ordered at 5pm before the rush, and that it was not busy - no one else came in when I was there. I reminded them that I ordered a pizza on their menu (was not create your own). I reminded him that I used the app recommended by their direct website. Overall I asked for a full refund for the mess and they refused.

This behavior is beyond unprofessional, which was my grievance in the first review to begin with -- not that they made a mistake with my order, but that their response to their mistake was rude and unprofessional. There were several points since MAY this situation could have come to a peaceful end, or at least an end, period. They could have refunded me and the issue would have been resolved and I would have updated my review to reflect that. They could have done nothing, or they could have responded to the reviews myself and my family left, and then we all move on with our lives. Instead, she decided to make up factious stories for no other reason then to defame and harass me. I once again question how many people were bullied into taking down honest reviews because this company is willing to resort to unethical tactics to try and suppress bad reviews. I stand behind my original review and every time this business decides to take irrational and spiteful actions against me, whether it be through her lawyers or members of her family stalking my Linkedin profile, I am more convinced in my assessment that this business is unprofessional. Since Sara has already responded to my review and I've written my rebuttal, I personally see no reason to update my review or to write new ones. She made great suggestions for renting the tent and tables, took care of all the menu details as well as linens, and provided the perfect advice for setting up the bar and provided a bartender. The salesman came out and spent 2 hours with us (know this will take that long, it really couldn't have been faster) building a menu and talking about their products. We thought we'd try it and signed a contract. The next morning we changed our mind just because we would still need to shop for fresh produce and I am on a plant based diet and so it wouldn't make sense. We called the company the next day and were able to talk directly with the owner. He was very nice and offered to work with us. When we decided it wasn't going to work he immediately canceled our contract and agreed, in writing, to cancel everything. I wanted to share this experience because it appears that others have struggled with cancellation and the company was very helpful and easy to work with for us.

In order to make the food affordable you have to purchase either freezer (which costs like $3500) or a set of pots and pans (which costs about $2000) and you have to do this at every reorder. So every time you order you have to add another overpriced product to make up for the cost of food. The food is very small portions which they say is because there's no water, but my 2 year old can eat an entire chicken cutlet -they are THAT small.
