This cafe is by far the best in Hudson! Hands down. It's not trendy, it's not flashy, a family owned and operated independent cafe. The food is the best, service is beyond epic! Total a local favorite. Always packed opened on the weekends. Go there!!! Now!

This place is phenomenal. I love it when small business owners love what they do. And it shows in the passion the owner has taking care of his patrons. He is super friendly and goes above and beyond to make you feel at home. No cookie cutter food here. Everything is fresh and made with TLC. (Get the orange hot sauce if you want it extra spicy)

This place doesn't look like much, easy to drive by because there is no big sign or decoration outside the restaurant but you'd be missing out if you did not go in! There are the typical eggs, sausage, ham breakfast choices along with their Mexican/Central American breakfast choices. I highly recommend #27 their best seller Mexican ranchero which is beef and a fried egg your way, layered between two soft tortilla and topped with sour cream plus seasoned potato sides. Every bit was absolutely delicious and full of flavor. You can really taste the distinct layers of flavors of the seasoned beef, egg and potatoes. Portions were generous and free refill on coffee. There was also fresh mix of fruits such as watermelon, cantaloup, pineapple, grapes along with a sweet pound cake. The cake doesn't look like much but it is sweet and nice. The place does fill up quickly around 11am so I'd go early. Service was great! Price was competitive but slightly cheaper compared to American brunch restaurants in the area. Service was great! I'd definitely come back!

Plantains were also yummy, wings were pretty good, and I recently tried the churros which were not too sweet and I liked them too. I wish they were open earlier so we could order for lunch! Taco gato shares space with Medusa brewing company so there are also craft beers and fun activities like trivia night and music bingo too. The second time we came here it took a while to get our food, but it was also taco Tuesday so they were a little busy.

They are a nice sized portion and layered so that every bite has great homemade tortillas and a full pile of toppings. There isn't any melted cheese and that's a GOOD thing! While I love cheese, this makes for a more flavorful experience without the oil. One of our close friends from NYC is eager to come here wherever she's in town just for those nachos! I don't drink, but most of the people we bring here do and they always appreciate Medusa's extensive beer selection. They particularly enjoy the sampler flight so get them acquainted with the options. Having live music is a nice plus. Indoor and outdoor (depending on season), it adds energy to the experience.

I read the great reviews…read more I've never been to this establishment. First time I sat at the bar had fajitas combo , steak and shrimp and a couple of margaritas. I think they were ultimates seemed like everyone was enjoying their time - the food all looked good I was hoping that I'd find a new salty Chips and salsa, but that wasn't the case.- hot sauce didn't compliment Kind of mellow taste With a tip I was just under $70.00 $32.00 for 2 Margaritas

I was in the area to detail my car, and decided to have some lunch with a friend while I waited…read more There weren't too many options around, and we didn't want anything too heavy so Mexican it was. It was a weekday afternoon, so it was just my and my friend, with one other party there. Since the weather was nice, we decided to sit at their outdoor tables - both indoor and outdoor spaces are big with lots of tables. Some of the tables are in the sun and others in the shade so there are options. They had some lunch specials and a taco Tuesday special so we shared a chimichanga, and two tacos. We had their al pastor and carne asada tacos. To change it up, we went with the chicken chimichanga. While we waited, our waitress brought out some complimentary chips and salsa to munch on. The tacos were tasty, although the meat was a little dry. The tacos were on the smaller end, but also only $2 each. The chimichanga I was not a fan of. The plate looked big, but in reality it wasn't too much food. It did come with beans and rice which I was not expecting, but also, the chimichanga was only filled with shredded chicken, so this must have been the rest of the filling. The chicken, rice, and beans were very bland, and there was too much tortilla (as a result of only being slightly stuffed). Also, it was not deep fried like it should be. Our waitress was nice, and took good care of us.
