He called me when the parts arrived to assure me my appointment would be good to go. Day of the appointment he also pointed out the new part was new therefore not quite the same shade of black as the eight-year old part coming off the car. Gave me all the options on what we could do. They replaced the front passenger side of my vehicle which the same quality carbon parts and matched everything perfectly to how it was before.
