I came here with my wife after here car was stolen and found.The car had so much damage done. Her car was almost brand new maybe one scratch no joke it was her baby. Well let me tell you there's definitely more than one scratch both sides of the vehicle looks like it drove through a Forest highspeed. One door can only barely open. Her trunk is banged up The windshield wipers look like those old school attenas. This being said it was a terrible day for us to indure such a disaster. We took it to Caliber Collision the can do engine work as well as bodywork a one stop shop for your wrecked vehicle. When we got here we were met and greeted by an outstanding rep. He was quick to help us go around with the vehicle to circle and mark damages for the insurance company. I will follow up with an insurance Yelp review as well as the tow company that picked up the vehicle..Tow company was Ace in the hole they rocked. Insurance company Geico not sure how I feel about them yet, like I said follow up review coming.,back to Caliber Collision there customer service was top notch and made you feel like a person not a number like so many companies do these days. There was a nice waiting area with chairs and bathrooms which were nice because we've been standing outside at the tow yard where we recovered vehicle and were standing doing the walk around on the vehicle, so getting to sit was a relief. The shop overall was very clean and professional. Did an online estimate. Sent the quote to my insurance company. Insurance company has been trying to get the pictures from Caliber, multiple attempts with no response. I finally had to call caliber myself and was told they needed the vin number. Seems like they don't want business if the customer has to do the leg work. Caliber Collision in Antelope provided the best auto repair experience I've ever received. As someone who used to work in the field, and as someone who has unfortunately been in more than enough accidents for a lifetime, I don't say that lightly. They were meticulous in their initial examination and that continued throughout the whole repair process. They caught countless things that I missed and went way above and beyond in fixing a recall/warranty issue that Honda was refusing to honor due to the car being involved in an accident. They had no obligation to do this and I did not have to coerce them; they did it because they felt it was right. My car is exceedingly complicated to repair with a white pearl, three stage paint yet Caliber managed to match the color perfectly and blend the paint back into the rear of the car flawlessly. It genuinely looks better than the day I bought it. Communication was great throughout the whole process. I received texts twice weekly with vital updates and was never left wondering what the status was. Part availability is at an unprecedented low and knowing what the delays are and what Caliber is doing to move forward makes the process significantly less stressful. They did me another massive favor that quite literally kept me employed during this two month repair, but I won't to into detail solely because I don't want everyone else asking for this. It was a special situation, and Caliber did way more than any other shop would have (and more than they probably should have). Just know that they really went above and beyond. When it came time to pick up the car, the process was seamless. They not only detailed the entire interior and exterior despite the car being delivered in a messy, cluttered fashion, but they took the time to buff out some small scratches and instances of paint transfer around the body that were NOT related to this accident. Chris and Mariah were nothing but caring, professional, and diligent throughout this whole process. If you're looking for a shop to take care of your car, you absolutely cannot go wrong with this shop. I understand how stressful these accidents are, especially when you're not at fault. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!!!! I was hit by and uninsured motorist in my brand new 2019 Honda Civic that only had 800 miles on it when I was hit. My insurance company (Travelers) advised me to bring my car here for repairs. I brought my car to Caliber the day before thanksgiving. At first everything went smoothly. Until, I got my car back. There were so many flaws in the paint, the trim pieces were not put back on correctly, paint on the headlights, huge gaps between the lights and the bumper, and crack in one of the trim pieces etc.... Also, the lack of communication was just unacceptable. I called so many times to check on my car never would get a call back. I had given them my phone number multiple times and they still didn't have it right. I had to bring my car back 3 times between November and December. They had my car more days than I actually owned it. I got the car back the third time and it was raining and it was hard to see if everything had been done correctly. Upon arriving home where I could inspect my car in the garage out of the rain I found more issues, including damage that wasn't caused from the accident. It looks like someone hit my car with a door or something. By the time I found the damage the shop was closed. I called immediately ad left a message for someone to call me back. It was days before I received a call back. I called the insurance company to file a complaint with them since they told me to go there. I have had to miss so much work dropping off and picking up my car. I have had very serious health issues and was in and out of the hospital during this time so it was very difficult for me to take care of this back in December. I have been in the hospital for months and just got home. Now I have time to finally deal with all this. I shouldn't have to. They should have done it right the first time. I have attached some of the pictures I have. There are also dirty finger prints that were left on my visor and scratch marks on the inside of the passenger door. Hopefully between the insurance company and the repair shop we can resolve this on going issue. read more

The location at 7407 Roseville Road is amazing. I was referred to them by my insurance company and was hesitant because I did not want a repair company that may be working against my best interest with the insurance company. Man was I proven wrong. First we have my amazing Service Advisor Evan Balga. He treated me with respect and listened to my concerns about my car. Not just what the insurance company said needed repaired. Then throughout the entire process I received text alerts on the progress. Everything went so well my car was completed an entire week earlier than projected. They even gave it a quick detail to ensure all dust and particles were cleaned out of the inside of the car. I took my car in for a repair and when I went to pick it up they had completely forgot to fix the damaged headlight. There were also other flaws like parts that were replaced were scratched during installation. I gave them a second chance to repair it and when I went back to pick it up it was even worse. the paint job did not match at all. parts were lose and uneven, overspray on other parts of the car. I wanted to cry when I saw my car. I had to call my insurance to have them transfer my repairs to Honda. I would advise to think twice before coming here. The quality of work is awful and obviously quality control is bot even done. read more

Hello world, I am writing because like most of us here on this review platform our vehicles were damaged. The whole front end of my vehicle was completely done after an accident sent me to Caliber for repairs. You just have to know that when you go there (in the unfortunate event after a collision) you need to have Felicia helping you. First of all she was extremely knowledgeable of the process from the intake of my car to ordering the parts for the actual repair men. Secondly, she worked with insurance and the rental car place (which is convien right next door) to ensure I had the best and smoothest experience possible. Even after being out sick for over a week she still managed to maintain the progression of work on my vehicle. The initial front office staff were awesome as well and greeted and responded to my calls throughout the process. Me and my wife have had the worst luck the last 3 months with 2 hit and runs and another time hitting a pole. It's been stressful as hell for us and caliber has been awesome. We take our cars to a different body shop for fixing but use caliber for our estimates because they're always so thorough and detailed. And They're always super cool about it even knowing we go somewhere else for the body work. I had a windshield that needed to be replaced and the scrape guard on the front bumper came loose and needed to be reattached in some manner. The windshield replacement was perfect and the staff quickly figured out the problem with the scrape guard and reattached it with some new hardware. Brought my car in in the end of September because some idiot T-boned me and i had a pretty big dent, piece had came off, and both my doors on the drivers side were no longer closing all the way. My advisor a very nice gay named Chris. I was told my vehicle would be ready the week of the 22nd, but it was actually done sooner !! :) Chris was very informative and kept me updated literally every day which was awesome. AND i brought my car in looking a mess (didn't anticipate leaving my car there the same day i brought it in) and these awesome guys cleaned out my car and it looks spotless. Definitely would recommend this place to anyone. ALSO enterprise Rental is RIGHT next door, which was very convenient seeing as how i was going to need one for my classes five days a week. THE WORST! - Got referred here for collision repairs by Geico. Brought my car in and it was "done" in 8 days. Have already returned it once because they did brush paint job right before vehicle drop off and rain literally washed it off, piece above license plaint poorly attached with adhesive and falling off, tail light scratched and literally STICKING OUT (see pics).. and didnt even finish brush painting bottom of trunk scratch after repair (see pics) - just entirely terrible work. And get this.. they blamed it all on doing a lousy final inspection because of the rain! What?! Also had additional scratches on complete opposite side of vehicle and trunk that weren't there before (see pics). They asked me to bring car back in a THIRD time to buffer but honestly, I'm just going to buffer it out myself because I REFUSE to deal with these people ever again. I would never recommend this place to anyone. Don't be fooled.. They overcompensate customer service because their work is lacking BIG TIME. Took my 04 Dodge Dakota( Betsy) to Caliber Collision on Roseville Road to repair a broken window. Took a while to get an estimate appt. but finally got it in and scheduled a repair date. Betsy's window was repaired for approximately $450 & returned back to me within 24hrs! My window works great now and I don't have to worry about rain, debris or thieves getting into Betsy anymore! My contact person during the whole process was a caliber employee named Jacki. She kept me informed charges, parts and repair process. I'm very satisfied with the repair of Betsy's window! Horrid. I had the displeasure of speaking to Laura (if this is her real name) who dissuaded me from bringing in my vehicle in for an estimate and subsequently, repairs. My car was stolen and the culprits damaged my steering column to get to the ignition. They also broke out the driver & passenger windows, broke both windshield wipers, and damaged the hood with some type of stick or pipe. They also took it through a construction site and put some large slices in two of the tires. Laura told me that CC marks up aftermarket parts by 25% and that dealer cost is a different markup. This is terrible Customer Service. Laura did NOT show ANY compassion, professionalism or compassion. In fact, she said take it to a "mom and pop place so they can work on the parts costs with you." What?? I've never had my vehicle stolen/recovered and needed help like this before, so I am floored. Very unprofessional. read more

Update on my car, 6 almost 7 months to get it back from this horrible shop. They originally tried dropping it off to us after 5 months with a check engine light on service light on and just about every mechanical light the car had. I told them to take it back to the shop. After contacting the manager about what they tried doing she apologized had someone come pick it up and brought it back. One week later they give it back with no lights on. Fast forward a month and a half later the car brakes down on me in the middle of the road with again every light on, service light, brake light, battery light and I can't drive it literally in the middle of a busy road. These people had my car for over 6 months for a front end collision with a deer. To top it all off there horrible customer service account on yelp only comments on these comments to make them self look good they never actually respond back to your emails. DO NOT GO HERE! The worst customer service and they do not care. I made a Yelp account just to write this review! They had our car for almost three weeks, it went in with a crushed bumper and still drivable and came out with a flat tire! Other customers the same day had the same experience with punctured tires. Chris and the front desk lady were very rude and disrespectful, very defensive as well! We called 4 times in one week with no calls back from Chris even though they told us multiple times he would. Now three weeks later and we get the car back In worse condition. Very unorganized. Very rude and disrespectful. Please do not go here! Update - management has replied, I want to make it clear that the vehicle was not towed from the scene it was asked to be towed to caliber collision from our residence due to ride issues as we did not know enterprise was right next door. We drove the vehicle home after the accident, yes the vehicle is drivable and being drove now that the tire is fixed. We decided that we would not get repairs done here due to reviews and outrages cost. Just because the vehicle is a total loss does not mean it is not drivable. I was in the accident as well and have been dealing with this process the last few weeks. I had my experience with caliber collision and this is why I am making a review, owner or not. It was a pretty fast and efficient job they did! Got my car back in a week which was awesome. Now, I just want to make things clear. Always keep in mind that nothing may always go according to plan. DON'T BE LATE TO YOUR APPOINTMENT! I arrived a few minutes late to my appointment and was sent away. The front desk staff was unwilling to be flexible or help reschedule the same day. While still in their waiting room, I called another body shop and was greeted by a helpful representative that got me an appointment in 30 minutes. Caliber- you're dealing with people who are likely in an unexpected situation with a damaged car. Your customers are coordinating transportation, working this into a busy schedule and probably already anxious and frustrated. Know your customers and help be the solution, not more of the problem. I can't speak to the quality of their work, but when you can't get in the door who cares about their quality. read more

We will never grace the front door of this Caliber Collision Center again. They had our truck in for minor repairs 2 different times (same claim) for a total of 33 days. They overcharged our insurance for unnecessary work, they did not finish the job, they damaged the window frame of our campershell, they put dings on the side of our bed (to high for a car door or shopping cart), then they refuse to complete the work and take responsibility. Oh, i almost forgot, if you do end up here, DO NOT expect any communication from the staff. They dont know about customer service or how to talk to people. I had to give them 1 star, but feel they should have 10 thumbs down. read more
