I came here with my wife after here car was stolen and found.The car had so much damage done. Her car was almost brand new maybe one scratch no joke it was her baby. Well let me tell you there's definitely more than one scratch both sides of the vehicle looks like it drove through a Forest highspeed. One door can only barely open. Her trunk is banged up The windshield wipers look like those old school attenas. This being said it was a terrible day for us to indure such a disaster. We took it to Caliber Collision the can do engine work as well as bodywork a one stop shop for your wrecked vehicle. When we got here we were met and greeted by an outstanding rep. He was quick to help us go around with the vehicle to circle and mark damages for the insurance company. I will follow up with an insurance Yelp review as well as the tow company that picked up the vehicle..Tow company was Ace in the hole they rocked. Insurance company Geico not sure how I feel about them yet, like I said follow up review coming.,back to Caliber Collision there customer service was top notch and made you feel like a person not a number like so many companies do these days. There was a nice waiting area with chairs and bathrooms which were nice because we've been standing outside at the tow yard where we recovered vehicle and were standing doing the walk around on the vehicle, so getting to sit was a relief. The shop overall was very clean and professional. I will follow up with review after repairs are done as well,but if there mechanic is and body shop peeps are like the front customer service the reviews will be epic.. fingers crossed

Caliber Collision in Antelope provided the best auto repair experience I've ever received. As someone who used to work in the field, and as someone who has unfortunately been in more than enough accidents for a lifetime, I don't say that lightly. They were meticulous in their initial examination and that continued throughout the whole repair process. They caught countless things that I missed and went way above and beyond in fixing a recall/warranty issue that Honda was refusing to honor due to the car being involved in an accident. They had no obligation to do this and I did not have to coerce them; they did it because they felt it was right. My car is exceedingly complicated to repair with a white pearl, three stage paint yet Caliber managed to match the color perfectly and blend the paint back into the rear of the car flawlessly. It genuinely looks better than the day I bought it. Communication was great throughout the whole process. I received texts twice weekly with vital updates and was never left wondering what the status was. Part availability is at an unprecedented low and knowing what the delays are and what Caliber is doing to move forward makes the process significantly less stressful. They did me another massive favor that quite literally kept me employed during this two month repair, but I won't to into detail solely because I don't want everyone else asking for this. It was a special situation, and Caliber did way more than any other shop would have (and more than they probably should have). Just know that they really went above and beyond. When it came time to pick up the car, the process was seamless. They not only detailed the entire interior and exterior despite the car being delivered in a messy, cluttered fashion, but they took the time to buff out some small scratches and instances of paint transfer around the body that were NOT related to this accident. Chris and Mariah were nothing but caring, professional, and diligent throughout this whole process. If you're looking for a shop to take care of your car, you absolutely cannot go wrong with this shop. I understand how stressful these accidents are, especially when you're not at fault. Trust me when I say that you can move forward with your life as comfortably as possible if you decide to give this location your business.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!!!! I was hit by and uninsured motorist in my brand new 2019 Honda Civic that only had 800 miles on it when I was hit. My insurance company (Travelers) advised me to bring my car here for repairs. I brought my car to Caliber the day before thanksgiving. At first everything went smoothly. Until, I got my car back. There were so many flaws in the paint, the trim pieces were not put back on correctly, paint on the headlights, huge gaps between the lights and the bumper, and crack in one of the trim pieces etc.... Also, the lack of communication was just unacceptable. I called so many times to check on my car never would get a call back. I had given them my phone number multiple times and they still didn't have it right. I had to bring my car back 3 times between November and December. They had my car more days than I actually owned it. I got the car back the third time and it was raining and it was hard to see if everything had been done correctly. Upon arriving home where I could inspect my car in the garage out of the rain I found more issues, including damage that wasn't caused from the accident. It looks like someone hit my car with a door or something. By the time I found the damage the shop was closed. I called immediately ad left a message for someone to call me back. It was days before I received a call back. I called the insurance company to file a complaint with them since they told me to go there. I have had to miss so much work dropping off and picking up my car. I have had very serious health issues and was in and out of the hospital during this time so it was very difficult for me to take care of this back in December. I have been in the hospital for months and just got home. Now I have time to finally deal with all this. I shouldn't have to. They should have done it right the first time. I have attached some of the pictures I have. There are also dirty finger prints that were left on my visor and scratch marks on the inside of the passenger door. Hopefully between the insurance company and the repair shop we can resolve this on going issue.

Brought my car in in the end of September because some idiot T-boned me and i had a pretty big dent, piece had came off, and both my doors on the drivers side were no longer closing all the way. My advisor a very nice gay named Chris. I was told my vehicle would be ready the week of the 22nd, but it was actually done sooner !! :) Chris was very informative and kept me updated literally every day which was awesome. AND i brought my car in looking a mess (didn't anticipate leaving my car there the same day i brought it in) and these awesome guys cleaned out my car and it looks spotless. Definitely would recommend this place to anyone. ALSO enterprise Rental is RIGHT next door, which was very convenient seeing as how i was going to need one for my classes five days a week. They were also good. :)

I came here about two ish weeks ago, and unfortunately i would not come back…read more They were very nice and decently informative at first, but proceeded to keep my car for a lot longer than expected. They received the wrong parts, so I understood that delayed some time, however they ignored my other concerns. I had to ask them TWICE to communicate to me a lot more regarding my car, i need my vehicle, i cannot just be two weeks without my car? Once i got my car back, there were still parts missing, and honestly very little to no care putting back parts. There was stomp marks on my seat, a bug in my car, cobwebs, and spit on the outside. The 2/3 main reasons i bought my car in there for were completely ignored. It makes me disappointed both the guys, Justin and Chris i believe were their names, were not listening, or patient enough to listen to me. They did not care about my time, when i tried talking to them, they got very defensive, cutting me off when i was speaking to them. They talked over me, several times, example such as "Yeah yeah yeah", "ok anyways so what i was saying" etc, showing they do not listen to your full sentence and just want to hear themselves talk. One of the guys got super defensive when i was getting a bit confused with the work done to my car, he said and i quote "okay but, we did something that not anyone can just do", i understand that. firstly, it was not through you guys and still through someone else. Secondly, okay the things i still needed to get done to my car that i care a lot about, were completely ignored, and recommended to "leave as is". This is my only car, and i'm trying to FULLY restore it from the previous owners, now restoring it from an uninsured hit and run. Drove the car home and immediately got three warning lights, i almost lost control on the freeway. They have ZERO care about your time, or whatever information you have to say, i would not recommend going here unless you are a cis white man if that makes any sense lol. I went to a different collision center, explained the situation once, and within THREE DAYS. My car is up and running again, perfectly, other people listened to me, and handled my situation. Also! B&J's bodyshop, very sweet, INCREDIBLY informative, and very knowledgeable on what next steps both i should take to help the car, and where :)

I'm honestly really sad writing this because I truly loved Kniesel's and had always heard such…read moregreat things about them. But after everything I've dealt with since getting my car back, I don't know if I'll return. They had my car for WAY too long with very little communication or follow-up. I repeatedly had to call Joe (who I later learned has since been let go after my initial review) because he kept promising completion dates that would come and go with no updates. Every time I followed up, I'd hear "another week or so." He assured me my car was a top priority, but it clearly wasn't. When I finally got my car back, the second I turned onto Sunrise from the shop, I noticed two headlight warning lights on my dash. I had literally just spent the night in the hospital and simply wanted to get home. I called Joe immediately, and he told me to bring it back the next day. I did, and he told me this was the second time in recent months this issue had happened. They then kept my car for another couple of weeks -- again with almost no updates. Eventually I called, and Joe said he had been out of town and thought the car was ready. I arrived, got in the car, and the error code was STILL there, although the headlight itself was working. They cleared the code and told me everything was fine. The next morning? Same warning lights back on the dash. Then I noticed condensation in the other headlight. By this point it's May, and they had originally gotten my car in February. I drove back again, and Joe told me, "OMG, the accident probably caused an issue on that side too." He took photos and said he'd contact USAA. Two more weeks went by with no follow-up. After returning from a trip, I finally called and spoke to the GM, who informed me Joe had been let go. I explained the entire situation, and to his credit, he sounded genuinely apologetic and understanding. He told me he would personally contact USAA and help get this resolved correctly. But again... I still haven't heard anything. At this point, I just want my car fixed properly. That's it. I'm incredibly disappointed and frustrated because I truly trusted this shop and wanted to continue supporting them. Instead, I've spent months chasing updates, dealing with unresolved issues, and losing confidence that anyone is actually following through. I really hope someone there finally takes ownership of this situation and helps make it right.
