Can confirm that they have amazing gluten free crust! On top of that the owner is so kind and enthusiastic about the food and clear about allergies. The drinks are on POINT - I got a spritz ($16 normal, $9 HH). and it was so refreshing on a warm summer day. Onto the food - Caprese Appetizer ($16) - this was just okay. The tomatoes were flavorless and the mozarella did not seem like the fresh kind. Then we ordered two small pizzas - the Margherita ($18) and Diablo ($21). These are perfect Neopolitan Style pizzas - with a fluffy chewy flavorful perfectly charred crust, thin layer of sweet sauce, and milky cheese. We ordered both pizzas thinking we would have leftovers, but ended up crushing them both completely. Partner said that "it was the best pizza I have ever had". The owner (I think, this is who we talked to throughout the meal) is clearly super passionate about his business - he sat us right at the bar and gave us top notch service and information about the restroom. It wasn't the traditional huge fold up NYC pizza slices, but the flavor was there! The over the top friendly service, great pies, and no wait made this an excellent choice for us! Hands down the best gluten free pizza I have ever had! The crust actually had some fluff to it and the texture was very similar to flour crust. The service was also great! He even advised me on wine when I was unsure what to drink and he knows his pairings because I do drink wine often. He started the class with a small presentation which showed how knowledgeable and genuine he is about what he does. I definitely will consider this as a birthday party idea with friends. For the class, we made a Margherita pizza. Although we did not make the dough from scratch, you are able to shape it and toss it out into about a 10in circle. Walid was very informational and took his time when going through each step. When we tasted it, it was some of the best pizza I've had. It has the perfect amount of chewiness and crunch to it. The taste was balanced equally and no ingredient was overpowering the other. Was definitely impressed by how fun, educational, and delicious this class was! The class also comes with two drinks so I got "Where's Walid-o" and a glass of their newest Cabernet and both were excellent and not too strong. This is a white pizza and is not soggy or oily. The crudo pizza, a tomato-based pizza, was terrific, the prosciutto was fresh, and the presentation was incredible. The center of the pizza had a flower made with the prosciutto. The mini cannoli is also delicious. We loved the service and the atmosphere of the place.
