I called Carlos back for a bigger job- to run a secondary condensate line once I had discovered…read morethat my unit shared a main drain with others in the building (townhouse condos). He replaced pipes for the original (shared) line which had clogged again quickly (because of other units) and ran an independent line straight out of my townhouse. It was a fairly major project since my garage ceiling needed to be opened up for the new pipes to be laid. He also redesigned the plumbing below the physical a/c unit removing unnecessary bends, and set the proper pitch for the water to flow. The new line works beautifully, is a robust solution and spares me any effects of the original plumbing backing up now that I have my own indepenedent condensate drain. This was a much bigger project than I expected but Carlos had all the right tools and know-how to get the job done properly!

Beware of this company! They were hired by my home warranty company. They sent a new plumber out…read morewho advised that he snaked my line to the street! Within hours of him leaving I had water in my basement which I didn't have prior to him coming! I called the company three times which they said they would have a manager call me, which never happened. What I did get was a bill for an additional $350 on top of the $50 service fees I had to pay and the $150 my warranty paid. What's interesting is that I asked the plumber how much the job would have costed me without my warranty and he said $250!! So I'm confused at how a $250 job was billed at $550. My warranty company called them and they said they wouldn't send anyone out until I paid the additional $350. I'm also confused at how he "snaked the line to the street" and that same line is still clogged per the new plumber currently working in my basement. He also cracked the line cap which is why the water is backing up in the basement and not in the pipes as it initially did! I'm so confused and completely disgusted by how this business handles customers! Beware and learn from my nightmare!

We've been calling Kingdom HVAC for years whenever our furnace (about 10 years old now) or water…read moreheater gives us trouble. Every time, they show up, diagnose the issue quickly, and walk us through the best recommendations and options. What I appreciate most is that they never pressure us into the most expensive fix. Even if we can't afford a full overhaul right away, they make sure our system is patched and running well enough to keep us going until we're ready for a bigger investment. Their prices are very reasonable, the work is always solid, and the technician clearly knows his stuff. On top of that, he's insured, which gives us peace of mind. Kingdom HVAC has definitely earned our trust & we'll keep turning to them for all our heating and cooling needs.

Kingdom HVAC was fantastic from start to finish. I originally called them out because my furnace…read morewas malfunctioning and I suspected my older thermostat might be the problem. Christian inspected the system and agreed that the thermostat could be the cause, so we replaced it. Unfortunately, the same issue came back soon after. Christian returned promptly to take another look and discovered a failing part that hadn't shown signs of trouble during the first visit. He tried to track down a replacement, but because the system was so old, parts were no longer available. At that point, we decided a full system replacement was the best option. Throughout the entire process, Christian was knowledgeable, patient, and thorough. He and his partner installed the new system in just one day and stayed to make sure everything was running properly before leaving. What really stood out was the follow-up -- Christian texted me the next two mornings to check in and make sure everything was still working well. I truly can't recommend Kingdom HVAC enough. They turned a very stressful situation into a smooth and positive experience.

I figured I wouldn't be able to talk to anyone before Monday. I still called Ewin HVAC on Sunday expecting to leave a message. Rob answered after 1 ring at 8am on Sunday morning!! I couldn't believe it! He was able to squeeze in an appointment for us the very next day. Monday came and he was running a bit late. However he called and apologized prior to arriving. He stayed until 8pm that night diagnosing the problem (it was a refrigerant leak in our A/C coil) and even got us a temporary fix so we could have cool air for our newborn that same night. His prices and estimates were fair and he let me know the worst case scenario upfront. THE BEST PART was our A/C coil had just come out of manufacturer's warranty. Rob made no guarantees but promised to try to get it covered by the manufacturer anyway. Tuesday morning he called and let me know he was able to get us a brand new coil COVERED. Saved us $500-$600!! Rob did not have to do that for us but his willingness to get us the best deal made a strong and lasting impression. He then was able to get the parts needed and installed the new coil promptly a few days later. The A/C is running better than ever before and we have Rob to thank. I would not go to anyone else for your HVAC needs, Rob is the best!!
