They said the earliest time they could come to my house was on April 23, 2023 between 12-3 PM. They never showed up and never called to cancelled. I called them at 3.oo PM and they said the tech was delayed and I would have to be rescheduled on Saturday: a bit inconvenient. They offered no credit for my time waiting for them. Apparently, my time was not worth anything. Very disappointed in their service and I would not recommend this company.

NEVER NEVER NEVER HIRE THIS COMPANY!…read more THEY ARE: DISHONEST UNPROFESSIONAL UNRELIABLE UNDEPENDABLE UNETHICAL UNPRINCIPLED INCOMPETANT UNTRAINED IRRESPONSIBLE RECKLASS This company takes advantage of customers and damaged my computer to the point that it was unfixable. To have the tech saying, "I realized I am damaging your screen more, but thats okay you are getting a new one". As he cracks my screen even more that it was when he got there. The I ordered over $500 worth of parts only as the tech came out to tell me I had ordered the wrong parts and that he could glue my computer together but could not guarantee that it would be fixed. They made multiple appointments with me, cancelled on a whim and did not even tell me until I called to confirm appt. I lost so much money by cancelling clients. To abuse customers during this very difficult time for all of us is incomprehensible and they did it multiple times. I would wait for 4 hours, clear my schedule, losing very precious income only to have them tell me at 7:00PM that they would not be there, that they ran out of time. They exaggerate what is wrong with your computer telling you it will take hours when it is a simple fix. "THEY TAKE ADVANTAGE OF PEOPLE'. They send what they call technicians out to you that have to "read the directions as to how to fix your computer" all the time using up the very expensive time you are paying for. Then the company argues with you and turns it around to gaslight you and tell you "it was your fault". We are all struggling enough right now but to have a company exploit you, lie to you and abuse you is not acceptable and I lost over $500 in my dealings with Karl's Technology and now I am out all that money and my computer my brand new lap top is "unfixable" and has been for the last 6 months that this has gone on. NEVER NEVER NEVER HIRE THIS COMPANY AS YOU WILL BE TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF BY UNETHICAL PEOPLE AND BUSINESS PRACTICES.

Wow this place is great! I will only get my computers from here especially as a remote worker!…read more Our small business is going fully remote so we need a robust printer but we didn't need a month to month contract for a printer. I like getting things used and the office furniture place nearby recommended action. They had exactly what I needed! However, when I brought the printer home I needed the admin information. I called Action computers to see if they could help me, and at first they said they didn't do printer services and that they couldn't contact who they got it from to get the admin info. I was pretty upset - why sell printers if you can't help? But then I got in touch with Jeff who cleared up that misunderstanding and they definitely do help with printers! Their tech was able to configure it to do a factory reset and have it print wirelessly. When I get it back home they can also remote in and help me if I can't get it set up on the network right. Amazing! I had contacted another printer agency that wanted to charge me $37.80 for every 15 minutes to help me - action computer folks are far more friendly and affordable. They really do care. I brought in some of my kids' old laptops and they bought a few abs recycled the others. I'm so glad I have a reliable tech place to get equipment and troubleshoot now that I work from home full time and don't have a tech department, I have to do everything myself, and I can, with action computer's help!!
