Being in a horrible area and situation late at night, I called tow kings and the operator was beyond helpful. I had no idea where I had ended up dropping off this rascal and she guided me to help give a her my ex Exact location. While on the phone, the person I mistakenly gave a ride home to and his friends became belligerent and extremely offensive to this amazing operator. Her diligence and patient composer made the difference in a deescalating a very likely dangerous situation of me needing to use self defense to get to safely , with a calm and reinsuring presence she kept me composed. While checking in every few minutes to ensure I was ok., as the tow driver was in route, my doors finally unlocked and I found my key, in the process Kaitlyn from dispatch called to check on me and I let her know I was ok and on my way home. She immediately gave a refund even though her tow truck driver had already driven 20 minutes and was seconds from arriving. What could have been a terrible life altering night turned out with me getting home safe, I am so thankful and happy that Kaitlyn answered my prayers. She's an incredible communications operator. I hope to one day meet and shake her hand for an extreme job well done. It's amazing how much of a difference you can make by being great at your job and empathetic to others. As far as Kailyn and Tow King , I am so thankful and blessed with your help and compassion. The word needs businesses and people like you on the front lines to make a genuine change in our lives.. Again I relentlessly thank you for turning a very dangerous and likely life changing event into a safe departure home. They sent me a link to pay the agreed amount and after that the tow truck operator came. He safely towed me to the repair shop I used and got me to my parents so I could borrow their car. Everything worked out smoothly. They provided excellent service and I would use them again. They were polite service oriented and honest.

So I am over a year late writing this review. I can't believe I completely forgot to do it at the…read moretime we used Woody's. This company is downright phenomenal! My son's wrecked car was towed to Woody's tow yard after his accident awaiting further instruction from the insurance adjuster. Our insurance adjuster was being downright ridiculous. We wanted the car to go to a shop right there in Waco for repairs, but the adjuster insisted that THEIR tow company had to pick it up & take it to Waxahachie for the adjuster to look at it. After all of this happened & the car was delivered by the insurance company's tow truck to the shop, where it was bounced off of the flatbed truck because the driver couldn't get it started, it was discovered that the windows had been left down in one of Texas's famous spring storms. The inside of the car was completely flooded. Of course our insurance denied any wrong doing and placed the burden of proof on us to prove that neither my son nor Woody's were responsible for the windows being down. Enter the owner of Woody's, Justin. Justin took the time to sift through security camera footage and prove the windows were did indeed up when the car left their yard with the other tow truck. He was able to send me video clips of this proof. This was not Justin's problem. He didn't have to use his valuable time to help us. We weren't going to come after his business for damages as we knew good and well the windows were up when the car was in his possession. There was nothing for Woody's to gain or lose either way. Justin did what he did out of sheer kindness and the principle of the other businesses involved doing the right thing. I will never hesitate to use a business like Woody's that displays just plain good morals & values when doing business with them.

They get into your vehicle without authorization and drive it. This company is a total price scam and completely unprofessional in every way. My company has never put anyone behind the wheel without a CDL, and our trucks are never out of service; unfortunately, the driver couldn't communicate in English with the officer, and without justification, they called a tow truck. The tow truck couldn't handle the vehicle--I still don't get it; maybe their machinery lacks the power to move such high-end vehicles, haha--so they drove the car away without permission, creating a huge risk of an accident since they aren't authorized under my insurance policy to drive it. If an accident had occurred due to their irresponsible, unauthorized driving, it would have been a disaster. The vehicle was parked at a truck stop, not blocking traffic, and the paperwork was in order. How could they call a tow truck to take it to their yard when the poor tow truck couldn't even handle the vehicle? Just because this company wants to make money, they hooked my vehicle up without my permission and then charged me nearly $4,000 for three hours--haha, it's incredible how dirty they play. I asked for explanations, and they even charged me for the diesel they supposedly used--but that fuel came from *my* truck, man, haha. THERE ARE MANY BETTER, MORE PROFESSIONAL COMPANIES; don't go to this one--they are terrible.
