Officer Lattin with Itasca police dept. reached out to Hillsboro Towing to assist us as we were stranded on the side of I-35W having ran out of gas. Don't ask why. LOL. Needed a long distance tow so i called my AAA that dispatched out to this company. Was the worst…read moreexperience to have my vehicle towed ever!!! They knew vehicle was going long distance (approx. 80 miles), and still took the risk of towing my vehicle on a wheel lift tow truck and not a flatbed! Because of that, the risk of getting a blowout on my rear tires was high, and one of my tires blew thus caused damaged to my rim and somehow the electronic brakes in the rear now is locked up and seized! I didn't think too much of it, as i assumed they have insurance for this as any responsible company would, 2-3 weeks later and still to no resolve! They tried to cheap out on everything from tow, to reimbursement by offering to send it in to repair for only $90. From my personal experience, no company professionally repairs wheels for $90! Been there, done that. BEWARE!!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY IF YOU DONT WANT YOUR VEHICLE DAMAGED!!!!
