He and his partner then came out to replace the screen upon receiving the replacement from LG. They were very professional and took great care working around my living room and meticulous in their work. Sean and his company are a gem in this industry. Most major appliances and electronics company after sales and warranty repair channels are notoriously terrible and can be a nightmare to deal with. I can say this experience single handedly restored my confidence in LG TVs.
