This dealership does dirty work. I went in for an oil change. They spilled oil all over my undercarriage. All the way back to the rear differential...like wtf the rear differential!! They even spilled oil on my front grill. Why I have no idea. Probably have a whole bunch of kids working in the back. Just dirty work! I even told them as soon as I got there, I wanted a clean quality job. They seem not to even care. They looked at me like I was dumb. I can image how they clean there ass! [[HIGHLIGHT]]I called to speak to the manager Dave and he was more worried about proving me wrong, then fixing the problem.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]oh and I waited 3 hrs on top of everything only to get a shit job. Dave said I had to make an appointment to get priority. Now I get that but 3 hrs for an oil change without an appointment is still crazy! Clowns. Then, whenever the guy pulled my vehicle up to the front and walked in the front of the building well you should've seen how greasy his hands were. I could just imagine how he left my steering wheel. Never coming back. And I suggest if you want to keep your car clean, go to another dealership or change the oil yourself. Oh, and to top it off, they scratch the rear of my truck bed by the tailgate... most expensive oil change I've ever had! Trash dealership.

The same diagnostic by not one but TWO independent mechanics.

Please do not EVER bring your vehicle here for service. They will find every excuse in the book to block you from having quality service OR overcharge you. Our 2018 Ford Escape had less than 75k miles on it when the engine suffered catastrophic failure due to a known issue with 1.5L EcoBoost engines. At least.. that is what two independent mechanics said. Both refused to touch it and stated that it needed to be brought to a Ford Dealership because the engine was under recall. My mother in law had the exact same situation, and Ford replaced her engine as well as provided a rental. She highly recommended Mac Haik, so we trusted and valued her opinion. We chose to bring our vehicle there and thought nothing of it. [[HIGHLIGHT]]After a nightmarish experience with service advisor Heidi, wherein the first communication we had with her was that she claimed the engine was not under recall but was "starved of oil", and that the vehicle was sitting where it was parked waiting for me to pick it up, and no one had called to inform us, we had enough[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]. 2 independent mechanics didn't catch this supposed oil leak. She claimed "there would be oil leaking onto your driveway" then backtracked and said.. actually, it has a cover under it, so probably would be unnoticeable. When I mentioned the vehicle never had any indication of low oil or even needing an oil change (it was regularly maintenanced) she stated that would be an issue to take up with my mechanic as "it was an internal leak and that was on them". After passing the buck to my trusted mechanic, I confronted him and requested service records. My mechanic confirmed that we NEVER had an oil leak and the issue was the coolant intrusion that the EcoBoost engine is known for. Ford sold us a defective engine and their service department refused to repair it under the recall. [[HIGHLIGHT]]When I came to Mac Haik Ford with my mother and husband, Dave, the manager, told us he would do everything he could for us.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] We had an aftermarket extended warranty as well. After they submitted this claim, they still refused to assist us and stated that our only option was to purchase a new engine for $10,000. After over a month of having our Ford Escape, we finally brought it home and were forced to pay $155 for their inspection of the vehicle. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Oh but don't worry! Our NEW service advisor, Cory, told us that if we gave him 5 stars he'd give us our money back! Guaranteed![[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I'd rather eat the cost of the charge than lie to consumers and lead another poor victim to this service department. Please do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. We've already got a new car, but others may not be as fortunate.

I would strongly caution anyone considering buying a vehicle from this dealership…read more Within less than a week of purchasing our vehicle, the check engine light came on. After having the vehicle inspected by an independent mechanic, we were told the car should never have passed inspection in the condition it was in. We were then faced with approximately $2,600 in repairs almost immediately after purchase. Instead of taking responsibility or working with us to resolve the issue, the owner blamed us and then tried to blame the independent mechanic. There was no accountability, no customer service, and no genuine effort to make things right. Buying a vehicle is a major investment, and customers deserve honesty and transparency. Based on our experience, we did not receive either. If you're shopping for a used vehicle, I recommend having any car from this dealership thoroughly inspected by a trusted mechanic before signing anything. Unfortunately, our experience was extremely disappointing, and I would not recommend this dealership to friends or family.

Dear Auto 4 Less Management,…read more I am writing to formally express my extreme disappointment and significant concerns regarding the quality of vehicles purchased from your establishment, as well as the subsequent customer service I have received. My experience indicates a concerning pattern where vehicles are presented as fully reliable and thoroughly inspected during the sales process. However, critical mechanical failures and substantial operational issues have emerged almost immediately after the transaction was completed, raising serious questions about the integrity of your pre-sale inspections and the overall condition of the vehicles you sell. Moreover, when these significant post-purchase problems are brought to the attention of your team, the response has consistently been one of dismissal and a perplexing lack of accountability. It appears there is a concerning disinterest in addressing emergent faults, with staff acting as though they are entirely unaware of any pre-existing issues or responsible for resolving these immediate post-sale defects. This approach demonstrates a profound lack of commitment to customer satisfaction and safety, especially given the considerable investment customers make. I strongly urge Auto 4 Less to conduct an immediate and thorough review of its vehicle inspection protocols and customer complaint resolution processes. It is imperative that you take responsibility for the unreliable vehicles being sold and the impact this has on your customers.

LOOK IT UP. THE PARENT COMPANY IS KEN GARFF AUTO GROUP Wednesday 07/01/26 Early Afternoon called Big Star CJDR and spoke to the salesman Jonathon Padilla. I asked about a 2025 Chevrolet Z71 Suburban that they had listed for $60,820.00 online with Carfax and on their Dealership website. I had also made an online inquiry. Stock Number - SR283775W VIN - 1GNS6DRDXSR283775 After speaking with Jonathon, he was going to check the availability and get back with me. I told him I could come out that afternoon to look at the vehicle. Late that afternoon Jonathon called me and asked if I was going to be able to come out and look at the suburban. It was around 5:30 PM and told him at that point it was getting late. He said that if I would drive the 1 1/2 hours that we would fill up my truck with a full tank of gas. I decided to go ahead and go look at the Suburban. It was raining hard and traffic was bad. I called Jonathon and told him it would be close to 7:30 before I could get there knowing they closed at 8 PM. Jonathon told me he had a family emergency and had to leave the dealership but he had given my information to a young man by the name of Kevin. When I arrived, Kevin met me in the lobby and said he would get the Suburban and pull it around. After 10-15 minutes he came out of the glassed in sale center with a young lady who said she was a sales manager. She said they had a problem. The Suburban was still in line to be serviced and the keys were locked up and they could not get to them. She said that I could look at it but I could not drive the vehicle. Luckly, they had left one of the doors unlocked so we were able to get inside the Suburban and look at it. After Kevin and I looked at the Suburban we went back inside where he printed off the Carfax report and the window sticker for the vehicle. I asked Kevin to get me a deal sheet with the out the door price based off the advertised price of $60,820.00. Kevin said he could not get a deal sheet, but that Jonathon could get it for me in the morning. Which I thought was strange since there was still a sale manager there. I told him to have Jonathon to put the deal sheet together and send it to me in the morning. I also asked about the missing running boards that were listed on the Suburban's window sticker. He said he would find out. Thursday 07/02/2026 I did not get any communications from Jonathon after that. I called his cell and there was no answer. I called the dealership 3 times asking for him and continued to get put into Voice Mail. I called a fourth time and he answered. He told me that he was checking on the running boards and the deal sheet and would call me right back. At this point my wife and I were heading to your dealership with intentions of driving and buying the Suburban. Jonathon called me back and said there was a problem. He said that the price had been changed now to $65,216 plus Document fees which totaled $65,441. A $4,396.00 price change. I checked the Carfax and dealer website, and it was still listed for $60,820. I asked him how this could happen. When I looked up the pricing history online it actually had the Suburban listed at $60,595. Now we have a third price. 06/30/2026 - 07/01/2026 bigstardodge.com (dealer) Used $60,595 6.6% 25,580 miles 1 days Jonathon apologized repeatedly. And said he did not understand what had happened. He said that he was going to have his Manager John call me. I asked to speak with the GM to get an explanation and Jonathon said he did not know who the GM was. I told him that I was pulling over off the highway into a parking lot and would wait for John to call. I never got that call. At that point we started to head home since I had my wife with me and going to the dealership was not going to be pretty. Later in the afternoon I received a call from a lady who identified herself as Erin. She said that she understood that I wanted to speak with the GM.

I had been working with a salesperson to locate the truck I was interested in purchasing, and up until the day we intended to finalize the deal, everything seemed to be progressing smoothly. On the day of closing, I was at the Credit Union obtaining my pre-approval for the purchase. I explained to salesperson that the branch would be closing within an hour and that I would not be able to physically deliver the check that evening but could provide it first thing the following morning. The salesperson assured both me and the credit union representative that this would not be an issue. He specifically stated that as long as the check was issued and submitted the next day, we would still be able to complete the transaction that evening. Based on those assurances, he instructed us to come to the dealership to sign the paperwork and finalize the deal. My wife then rushed to Santa Fe to pick up our children from summer camp and immediately drove to the dealership with our children so we could complete the purchase that evening. Unfortunately, when we arrived, the salesperson completely reversed his position. He informed us that the only way to complete the deal that night was to submit a credit application and obtain financing through the dealership because the cash payment had to be physically in-house before the deal could close. When I reminded him of our earlier conversation and the assurances he had provided, he insisted that dealership financing was the only option available. At that point, I politely thanked him for his time and left. The situation directly contradicted what had been communicated to us and left us both feeling misled. Two days later, the Sales Manager contacted me to apologize for how the situation had unfolded and stated that he still wanted the opportunity to earn my business, despite the truck I had intended to purchase having been sold on Saturday, June 27. I was confused by this statement because I had been at the dealership attempting to purchase that truck on Tuesday, June 30. I asked how that could be possible if the vehicle had allegedly been sold days earlier. Saul maintained that the truck had been sold, which only raised additional concerns about why I was being encouraged to purchase a vehicle that was no longer available. While I left the dealership on June 30th, I was frustrated. By the time I spoke with the sales manager , I was simply at a loss for words. He assured me he would follow up within a day or two, but I never heard from him again. I have purchased vehicles before and have worked with a number of dealerships over the years, but I have never experienced this level of miscommunication, conflicting information, and lack of follow-through. What began as a promising sales experience ultimately left me feeling that my time, trust, and effort were not valued. I felt it was important to share this feedback so that potential customers are aware of how this situation was handled and the impression it left on a potential customer. Unfortunately, this was not a positive experience and has significantly affected my perception of AutoNation Chevrolet.

This dealership is a joke, they try to take advantage of people with little to no mechanical knowledge and the prices are ridiculous.
