    My service advisor, Allison, was really helpful. This was one of the best experiences I've had here in a while. While you wait, there is complimentary snacks and coffee. I feel confident bringing by vehicle here for my service needs.

    If I could give zero stars, I would. I'd never recommend this place to anyone--maybe just to an enemy out of spite. Big Star completely wasted my time with terrible communication and zero honesty. We test drove a car that was clearly having issues. The sales agent Luis Torres tried to rush us into taking it home, claiming it was "just the battery." We refused, and the next day--no calls, no updates--we find out it actually had multiple cylinder and starting problems with parts on backorder. From Tuesday to Friday, we got nothing but silence, delays, and last-minute texts like "no car today" hours after we had already been waiting. Finally, when we picked it up, the paperwork revealed a catalytic converter replacement that was never even mentioned. Bottom line: shady, disorganized, and dishonest. Stay far away from Big Star Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram Fiat

    The Big Star package is a scam to get more money out of you.

    BEWARE OF THE "Total Financed AFTERMARKETS" LINE ITEM WHEN NEGOTIATING THE PRICE. CALLED THE BIG STAR package. After visiting the dealership to take a test drive of a Grand Cherokee L per advertised on Autotrader.com for a set price, we were very disappointed by the line item called "Total Financed Aftermarkets" of $8,995". We were told this covers the following: - Theft Patrol = $3,995 - Appearance Protection = $3,415 - Wheel locks = $495 - Edge Guard = $395 - Lifetime Guaranteed Window tint = $695 All of which we were told CANNOT be removed and comes with all of their vehicles. Our sales person was a very nice young man whom only been there 3-weeks and he took my rebuttal pretty well. The "Theft Patrol" is another product similar to Lo-Jack and should never be offered as a mandatory item. The Appearance Production is for your paint job and the left protection warranty/insurance. If you do not need the dealership to stand behind these things, they are optional. The term "protection" is only associated with if they have to take action for a repair. Almost $500 for wheel locks? Really? Edge Guard is wheel flaps where water will not splash up on the car when driving over water. Really? $395? The "Lifetime Guaranteed Window tint" if another insurance item that if they have to repair it, then it is covered. We never needed such an insurance We have excellent credit (in the 800s) and this would still raise the paint close to $300 per month. Outside of the overpriced wheel locks and Edge guard fee, everything else if total optional. DO NOT FALL FOR THIS. The dealership is trying to squeeze more money out of you with insubstantial items. We left and went to another dealership that does not participate in such practices.

I still came in a bit earlier than our agreed upon time with my sister (who'd given me a ride), and I was prepared to make the purchase that day as long as the final test drive and pricing worked out for me. The test drive of course ticked all the boxes I had, and James did a phenomenal job with explaining all of the vehicle features. I'd done some research, but he walked through each item and gave me more knowledge than I had coming into the dealership. Even a small point as sitting in the backseat so my sister could ride in the front passenger seat was a nice considerate touch. Sitting at the desk had me a bit nervous as this is only my 2nd vehicle purchase at a dealership, but James walked me through the different steps and we were aligned on the price, so it was a breeze. From there I worked a bit with Courtney Simon to go through additional options and signing everything to make the purchase official, and that phase of the process was equally as pleasant and easy. At the end, James took care of putting on the license plates and handed me the keys -- if I recall correctly, the entire experience from initially meeting James to walking out the door took about 2 hours. Their website advertises a $119 service, but they attempted to charge $150. If a price is publicly advertised, customers should not have to question it in order for it to be honored. Their website also promises a 10% discount for PM appointments, which they initially did not apply until I pointed it out. Another major issue: their online booking advertises vehicle pickup and return service. They picked up my BMW from my home, but later told me they would not return it and instead booked the cheapest Uber option so I could go pick up my own vehicle. This forced me to take time off work, which defeats the purpose of offering pickup and return service in the first place. To make matters worse, they even sent the Uber to the wrong address, despite the fact that they clearly had my correct address on file since they picked up the vehicle from my home earlier the same day. After escalating the issue, the Service Director did match the advertised $119 price and applied the 10% discount, which I appreciate. However, customers should not have to escalate issues just to receive what is clearly advertised. For a BMW dealership that represents the BMW brand, I expected much better transparency, organization, and customer care. Because of this experience, I will not be returning for service and cannot recommend BMW Clear Lake.

Didnt review the paper work for weeks THEN my Nissan Sentra temp died. Less than 6 months and several thousand dollars of repairs required. Endurance made me wait 5 days to get an outside approval. And a rental was not avail without an approval. Certified Pre- owned meant nothing. I should have never trusted the bank associate as she failed to protect my investment by verifying the expense. After 30 + years with AFCU.

If you wanna feel ignored this is right place they have all the necessities to make you feel that way. It was the unfriendliest that a JSC employee has ever been to us. I went to buy checks. When the teller came up to the desk, he didn't smile and asked very monotone what I needed. I said I needed checks and handed him my ID and debit card. He told me checks come 100 to an order for $28 and took seven days. When I asked why they'd changed because previously I'd gotten twelve printed the same day, he said that was an option as well--so quiet that I could barely hear him. So I asked for those. He took my ID and debit card and left. A rough start, but I thought maybe the guy was having an off day or forgot about same-day checks. He came back and handed me my cards. He asked which checking account I wanted the checks for and I said my personal one. He stared at me without a response so I gave him the account number, to which he said, "I wasn't sure because you have a personal and a business account." So I repeated the information again, trying to understand how he was confused. He left without a word and came back several minutes later with the checks. He handed them to me and asked if I needed anything else. When I said no and thanked him, he just turned and walked off. When I walked out, the security guard wished me a good day--none of the tellers did. Management at this branch needs to assess their tellers. I could barely hear this guy because he refused to speak loud enough for me to hear, he never smiled, made no attempt to be friendly, and tried to complicate the situation of just needing checks. If JSC is moving this direction, we might rethink where we bank.
