This dealership does dirty work. I went in for an oil change. They spilled oil all over my undercarriage. All the way back to the rear differential...like wtf the rear differential!! They even spilled oil on my front grill. Why I have no idea. Probably have a whole bunch of kids working in the back. Just dirty work! I even told them as soon as I got there, I wanted a clean quality job. They seem not to even care. They looked at me like I was dumb. I can image how they clean there ass! [[HIGHLIGHT]]I called to speak to the manager Dave and he was more worried about proving me wrong, then fixing the problem.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]oh and I waited 3 hrs on top of everything only to get a shit job. Dave said I had to make an appointment to get priority. Now I get that but 3 hrs for an oil change without an appointment is still crazy! Clowns. Then, whenever the guy pulled my vehicle up to the front and walked in the front of the building well you should've seen how greasy his hands were. I could just imagine how he left my steering wheel. Never coming back. And I suggest if you want to keep your car clean, go to another dealership or change the oil yourself. Oh, and to top it off, they scratch the rear of my truck bed by the tailgate... most expensive oil change I've ever had! Trash dealership.

The same diagnostic by not one but TWO independent mechanics.

Please do not EVER bring your vehicle here for service. They will find every excuse in the book to block you from having quality service OR overcharge you. Our 2018 Ford Escape had less than 75k miles on it when the engine suffered catastrophic failure due to a known issue with 1.5L EcoBoost engines. At least.. that is what two independent mechanics said. Both refused to touch it and stated that it needed to be brought to a Ford Dealership because the engine was under recall. My mother in law had the exact same situation, and Ford replaced her engine as well as provided a rental. She highly recommended Mac Haik, so we trusted and valued her opinion. We chose to bring our vehicle there and thought nothing of it. [[HIGHLIGHT]]After a nightmarish experience with service advisor Heidi, wherein the first communication we had with her was that she claimed the engine was not under recall but was "starved of oil", and that the vehicle was sitting where it was parked waiting for me to pick it up, and no one had called to inform us, we had enough[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]. 2 independent mechanics didn't catch this supposed oil leak. She claimed "there would be oil leaking onto your driveway" then backtracked and said.. actually, it has a cover under it, so probably would be unnoticeable. When I mentioned the vehicle never had any indication of low oil or even needing an oil change (it was regularly maintenanced) she stated that would be an issue to take up with my mechanic as "it was an internal leak and that was on them". After passing the buck to my trusted mechanic, I confronted him and requested service records. My mechanic confirmed that we NEVER had an oil leak and the issue was the coolant intrusion that the EcoBoost engine is known for. Ford sold us a defective engine and their service department refused to repair it under the recall. [[HIGHLIGHT]]When I came to Mac Haik Ford with my mother and husband, Dave, the manager, told us he would do everything he could for us.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] We had an aftermarket extended warranty as well. After they submitted this claim, they still refused to assist us and stated that our only option was to purchase a new engine for $10,000. After over a month of having our Ford Escape, we finally brought it home and were forced to pay $155 for their inspection of the vehicle. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Oh but don't worry! Our NEW service advisor, Cory, told us that if we gave him 5 stars he'd give us our money back! Guaranteed![[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I'd rather eat the cost of the charge than lie to consumers and lead another poor victim to this service department. Please do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. We've already got a new car, but others may not be as fortunate.

They don't even deserve one star. They inconvenience customers and try to force the into high interest loans. Never shop here.

The Wicked Witch of the East that worked in the office was a very rude person. In the end, I'd say the shop got exactly what they wanted. I dropped my truck off for them to diagnose a problem I suspected was a timing chain issue. Tony called me back and informed me that I did need a new timing chain kit and it would cost ~$2300 (parts/labor, less sales tax and "shop incidentals"). I decided to get a second opinion from another mechanic and when I picked up the truck, Tony charged me $65 for the diagnostics. I asked him if he had performed any diagnostics on the truck and he said no. They just listened to the truck and agreed with my assessment. I told him that his "diagnostics" fee was unfair since he had done nothing to confirm the problem. He simply pointed to the sign on the wall ($65 shop fee). I told him I would never use his shop again and he said "I'm glad". That afternoon, I stopped by another shop. The lead mechanic listened to the engine and said, "Well, I can't confirm it's a bad timing chain unless I briefly run the engine without the serpentine belt in place." I agreed for him to proceed and his diagnosis confirmed the timing chain was ok. The water pump pulley was bad (making noise). He quoted me $750 to replace the pump (parts/labor).. In Summary, Lowery's Automotive (with Tony calling the shots) did NOTHING to confirm the engine problem and were prepared to charge me over $2300 for a timing chain I did not need. We've all heard the stories of mechanics/shops charging for work that's not necessary. Well, I experienced it firsthand and I'm lucky I did not allow Tony's gang to work on my truck. Lynn the manager was very professional and listened when I explained how my breaks sounded and when he couldn't hear the problem right away, he patiently listened to how and when my car made the sounds. I had someone drop off my car so Lynn and his team could work on it, and since it was time for my inspection they took care of that too. They were able to pinpoint the problem areas and give me a quote within 3 hours. On a leap of faith and a prayer I told Lynn to go ahead and do the repairs. By the end of the day it was ready. Let me tell you that after a terrible experience that leaves your car in worse condition than when you took it in and you get horrible attitude afterwards from that place, sometimes you just don't know who to trust or what to expect. But I am grateful I brought my car here, the breaks sound how they should (quiet) and no other issues have been found. I don't take the time to write reviews often, but when I find a place with great people and service I gladly will. I hope Lynn and his team keep giving the great service and recognition they deserve.

From the moment I arrived, Paul Gulski, one of the owners, was personable, professional, and thorough. He asked me to write down the problem in my own words, then explained that he would check the fuses, wiring, connections, and everything else before providing an update and quote. He also assured me that no work would begin until I approved the cost. I expected them to look at it later in the day, but Paul started diagnosing the issue as soon as I left. He found the problem quickly, called with an update, and completed the repair when promised. The final cost was extremely fair. What stood out most was how Paul treated me. He greeted me like a longtime friend. I was feeling anxious about how expensive the repair might be, and I happened to be wearing a shirt that said, "But Did You Pray?" Paul noticed it and prayed out loud. I immediately felt a sense of peace and was reminded that God takes care of us and that there is no reason to be anxious. Deer Park Automotive has earned my trust and is now my go-to place for auto repairs. You may have to fight me if you try to make me go anywhere else. I absolutely recommend them!

When I returned, they attempted to charge me another diagnostic fee for something that clearly appeared immediately after their repair. I refused to pay it and after they inspected it they admitted it was related to the work they had done and "fixed" it....temporarily. Later, the check engine light came back on. I asked them to simply check whether it was the same issue as before. Instead, they charged me $500 in diagnostics and told me it was unrelated. On top of the $500, they are now telling me it's an additional $2,000 in repairs. I took my son's Jeep in because it had a misfiring problem. I left the vehicle at the shop, and later around noon, I received a call from Eric. He said, "Mr. Hildebrand, it is an electrical issue, and we need your authorization to remove and take apart the top of the engine so we can access the area and pinpoint the problem." I asked him, "What do you need to take apart, the intake?" He replied, "Oh, more than that." I then asked him, "How much is this labor going to cost me?" He replied, "You are in the $1,000 ballpark. But the good thing is that if we have to replace a part while removing components, the labor is already covered." I said, "Okay." Later, at the end of the day, in a phone conversation. In addition, Eric mentioned there would be an additional charge for testing, including a "drive cycle" and "re-pinning." Testing? I said, testing what? "The tech. needs to drive and test your vehicle afterwards." ($175) Re-pinning? I asked, what do yo mean about re-pinning? The tech. has to fix the pins so they make a connection again.
