Then a year later the transmission goes out when I barely drove the car due to problems it was already having. Dishonest - Predatory - Unprofessional After speaking with a representative at Mi Tierra Auto Sales on 4545 Spencer Hwy Pasadena TX, 77504. I was assured that they would be able to work within my limitations to assist me in purchasing the specific car I wanted. I repeatedly inquired as to whether or not they'd be able to accept my out of state ID...if they had the car in question at the price point we discussed...and if I came all the way out there (via ride share) would we be able to close the deal today. Again, I asked these same questions repeatedly and I was assured by the representative at Mi Tierra that they would not only be able to work with me, but the deal could be completed by close of business. I caught a ride share ($120 round trip) all the way out there only to be told that they wouldn't be able to work with me because of my out of state ID and the fact that my current address is more than 60 miles from their location. The manager Christina was very unapologetic about the entire situation. I feel like they lured me there under false pretenses. I do NOT recommend anyone in the Houston/Pasadena area do business with Mi Tierra, I recommend finding another option with better customer reviews. read more

got a car from this place. could not make payments so they turn car off to not be able to drive it. then they pick the car up put in storage wanted me to 500 and something would not give me the stuff out of car. Then they told me it was repoed and by law they are suppose to let me get my stuff out the told me you pay the 500+ and you can get your stuff. But beware they dont tell you when you buy the car that if you cant make the payments they repo it and you are still going to have to pay the taxes of what you owe.
