    The remodel of Big Star did you all well!…read more So glad that I chose to drop my car off, and was able to go to work. I am impressed with the new system of utilizing Uber. So they send you a link to your phone and it books the ride for you. You are linked to a map with the driver details. You receive a link when you are ready to pick up your car. When I dropped off my vehicle they had the cars in and out...no games. They have a waiting area with a coffee and cappuccino machine/water and muffins of your choice. Several television screens are available. The service was superb from start to finish. I love the multi point inspection that comes with my oil change. They also washed my car!!!! I have an Acura and I would rather come here for service. I will definitely be back for all future oil changes. They did not pressure me for any recommended services.

I was working with Alex that's from Galveston Texas and came prepared with a check, ready to negotiate a deal. However, management told me multiple times that negotiating the price or fees was "impossible" because the dealership is firm on pricing. At one point, I stepped outside to grab my charger from my car and returned less than two minutes later to find another customer sitting at the desk. I was under the impression Alex was looking for vehicles within my budget, but instead I was simply told, "We'll send you links to cars you can afford." To this day, I've never received anything. Overall, I felt the situation was handled unprofessionally, and because of that, Big Star Honda will not receive my business in the future. The same day, I went to Honda Clear Lake and was able to purchase a brand-new 2026 Honda Accord with 0 miles. The experience there was much more professional, and I definitely recommend Honda Clear Lake.

    I purchased my vehicle from Bayway Lincoln back in December 2024. I've waited a few months to write…read moremy review in the hopes I could leave 4 or 5 stars, but unfortunately, I just don't feel that is deserved in this case. Let me start by saying my last two vehicles have been purchased from Northside Lexus in Spring. They are FANTASTIC. From sales to service, this is what a car experience should be. They treat each and every guest like a VIP, always going above and beyond, without being asked or expected. This dealership has raised the bar. This time around, I wanted a different brand of vehicle. I've never purchased a Lincoln before, but assumed it was a similar level of luxury. So far, I'm really enjoying the car itself with a few minor complaints, nothing major. What is truly lacking in my experience is the dealership and service. The dealership itself does not give me any remote sense of a "luxury" vibe. No comfortable waiting area, just some chairs thrown outside the offices. It just feels, meh. Not an inviting place I'd want to go back to, bring my car for service, or recommend to others. Now, when I was first purchasing my vehicle, responses from the salesperson and what I believe is a manager were good. They worked with me to find the car I wanted for a price I was comfortable with. I picked up my car in the evening and it was difficult to do a full walk around inspection in the dark/dimly lit parking area. I didn't drive my car at all the first day it was sitting at home. The following day, when I went to run errands, I noticed some slight damage to the passenger side wheel area - scratches, scuffs, and missing paint. This car had been driven by the manager for about a month or so prior to my purchase. Upon further inspection, I also noticed a small tear in the leather on the center console. I've had this car for less than a few days and only driven it home. I am 100% certain these defects existed when the car was given to me. I reach out to the salesperson, who says the manager needs to handle. Totally fine. I get in touch with the manager and was asked to bring the car in for inspection. Sure. I bring it by at the end of December, was originally told it would be right after the new year for repairs. Manager took full responsibility and apologized. It's now almost the end of February. I've reached out no less than 4 or 5 times to get this resolved. I've asked if there is someone better to talk to. I always get a "I'm so sorry, let me follow up tomorrow, next week, etc." response. I'm just so disappointed and don't have the time to chase people down to make something right. I wouldn't recommend this dealership moving forward. It looks like I'll need to get the damage repaired myself and send the bill along to Bayway in the hopes this is taken care of, finally.
