However, critical mechanical failures and substantial operational issues have emerged almost immediately after the transaction was completed, raising serious questions about the integrity of your pre-sale inspections and the overall condition of the vehicles you sell. Moreover, when these significant post-purchase problems are brought to the attention of your team, the response has consistently been one of dismissal and a perplexing lack of accountability. It appears there is a concerning disinterest in addressing emergent faults, with staff acting as though they are entirely unaware of any pre-existing issues or responsible for resolving these immediate post-sale defects. This approach demonstrates a profound lack of commitment to customer satisfaction and safety, especially given the considerable investment customers make. I strongly urge Auto 4 Less to conduct an immediate and thorough review of its vehicle inspection protocols and customer complaint resolution processes. I…read morewas told the car had passed a valid Texas state inspection, and I was even given paperwork showing a clean report. Based on that information, I moved forward with the purchase in good faith. Less than 24 hours later, the dashboard lit up with multiple warning lights. Concerned, I took the car to AutoZone for a free diagnostic scan. The results were shocking -- the car failed in multiple areas, filling two full pages of error codes and mechanical issues. This car never should have passed a state inspection. This tells me that either: * The inspection report I was given was fraudulent, or * Lone Star Motor Company knowingly sold a car in unsafe condition while falsely claiming it was road-ready. I contacted the dealership immediately. Instead of helping or offering a refund, they completely refused to take responsibility -- even though I reported the issue within 24 hours of purchase. I am requesting: * A full refund for the vehicle * A formal investigation into this dealership's inspection practices * Action by the Better Business Bureau and consumer protection authorities to hold this business accountable This experience has caused me serious stress, financial strain, and concern for my safety.
