was gonna buy an SUV 2014 Ford Edge with 158,000 miles then Cory asked how much down i had i said $2,000 and then i saw a 2018 Ford Explorer with 90,000 miles (Black) that caught my attention (leather seats,all clean to me a red flag was the moment i said i could come back next week for that Explorer cause he is asking for $3000 down but the red flag was that he said if i leave him $2000 he could put it on hold for mein my mind i was like you really think im gonna trust a word you sayand just give you my money without having to take the explorer homemake it make sense (how about i take it home and give you the $2000 and then i come back next Saturday and give you the $1000) wouldnt like that right? but oh well, people dont get easily fooled i learned my lesson a long time ago(another red flag is that all their cars are way overpriced with lots of miles and plus have engine lights on,looks like a christmas tree ) read more

had an awful experience with AUTO 4 LESS in Pasadena TEXAS today. A couple of days ago, I went to the car lot and I put $1,500 down to get a vehicle. I picked a 2015 Jeep Patriot. When I got the vehicle, it was the ABS light on and the light for the tires on that needed to be fixed. He told me it wasn't a big deal, so I took it to AutoZone and had my mechanic look at it. I test drove that car three times around the block. Okay, so when I pulled off the lot, I had to get on the highway to proceed home. When I got on the highway, the check engine light came on. The car started shaking really bad and it wouldn't accelerate after 60 mph going that speed. I immediately called Sam and I let him know what was going on and I let him know about the check engine light on. I would never pick a car that has the check engine light on and drive it off the lot. I would never do that. He told me to bring the car back and that he would have a look at it. If it was something that he couldn't fix, he would put me in a new car. He told me to come Tuesday at 10 o'clock. Tuesday at 10 o'clock, I went into the shop and he looked at me like I had 12 heads. He was very disrespectful to me. He was laughing at me in my face. The lady in the office was yelling at me, talking to me disrespectfully. The guys in the back wouldn't help at all either. I called the police because they refused to help me. Then when the lady calmed down or tried to calm me down, she told me to fill out a little paper so that they could take the car. But she told me that somebody had to pick me up because she didn't want me at her property with my children. I told her I wasn't leaving, going anywhere until my car was fixed. They refused my service and told me, oh you signed 27 pages, it's not my fault you didn't read. So I felt very disrespected. I called the police and got the police involved. It wasn't much that the police could do, but the police told me that this place is horrible. They sell lemon cars. They get called out here all the time. Take them to court and sue them. Whatever the damage is on the car, take it, get it fixed and take them to court and sue them. And that's exactly what I'm going to do. I am pissed off. This is really horrible service. Bought a 2014 Dodge Challenger January 31st and on February 1st, mechanical problems were non stop. It was overheating, sensor issues, and later on, we found out the head gasket was blown and the engine needs to be replaced. the car was in the shop more times than we've driven it. We called them to see if they would help and the owner said it was our faulT, that we destroyed the car and the mechanic that was working on it had also had a helping hand in destroying it. The biggest scam anywhere else in the Houston area! Bought a 2016 Chevy Sonic drove it out and the lights on the dashboard lit up like Christmas tree. They only let you test drive it 200 yards away from the car lot and that should've gave me a red flag. Bought the car for 6000 and I'm ending at payout 8700 that's with finance any other additional charges they could include. The transmission went out 12 days later. I could've bought a fairly new car for that. For that price regardless of your credit that's always very possible. Watch out for the lady' maybe I shouldn't say lady ' she definitely didn't earn that title . She reminds of a nasty fragrance they had years ago and it was called witch hazel. She falsified 200 dollars at 1 time and a week later 300 dollars towards down payment. She stated that I had to have the minimal payment of 1500 dollars down to drive off. Then why did she let me drive off with only a 1000 down. What we have here my hard working friend is a asshole that stole from me and possibly her employer. I made a deal for a higher-end SUV from 3 states (1800 miles) away. Lots of communication about the condition and such leading up to me flying in for the SUV. When I flew in & got to the dealership the SUV was a mess. Missing parts, none of the tires matched 1 was the incorrect size & another was completely bald. So rathe than replace the bald one they put the original 11-year old spare from the factory on it and then lied that they had just send someone out to buy it. Interior had white paint on the black seats, some type of visual remedies were tried with rattle-can spray paint. None of these things showed up in any of the pictures. They didn't even change the over-due oil. How hard is that?! The rear door stopped working and the sensor showed that it's open. Air bag sensor is flashing. None of the TPMS sensors work and both catalytic converters were in bad shape, however I didn't know these things for about 20 miles because they reset the system. Probably from when they installed the Honda-sized used battery they had in the full-sized SUV. I had to demand they actually strap the loose little battery down as it was just sitting in the battery tray. About 30-miles into the trip there was a strange feeling in the drive train because the transfer case was in bad shape. It was a constant fight, being lied to and talked over constantly while trying to get some satisfaction. I should have come another $600 out of pocket for tickets that day and just flew home & go find another SUV. These clowns suck and I can only hope you'll steer clear of this lousy dealership. read more

Auto4less is the absolute worst dealership in history , they had 2 chargers that where the same price but they forced me into the one with the most damages , battery went out the next day , side bumper not connected and falling off immediately, horrible rotten smell leaking through the vents . Not to mention it was also a flood car. Any car that may have even the slightest value they will not give up for cheap . If it was between a 2017 car and a 2008 car , if the 2008 actually runs good they gonna charge you wayy more . Also just be careful the cars they have turn off while driving more often than not . I searched for weeks looking for a nice vehicle. I came across Auto 4 Less on OfferUp and saw they had better ratings than most places. A day and a half after financing my vehicle, it breaks down. I pay to have it towed to my home. After numerous attempts to speak to a manager, I finally resort to speaking to a rude lady that never even gave me her name. She tells me that I have to pay another wrecker to tow it to their office in order to get it repaired. $13,500 for a vehicle they should be a tad more helpful and polite to their customers. I decided to finance a vehicle from these crooks and they sold me a car with a bad transmission. The day I drove off the lot, the check engine light came on. I contacted the dealership and they told me to bring the car in. They took my car for service and did absolutely nothing to fix it. The light came back on. Both times I took the car to AutoZone for a Diagnostic and it gave me the same code. The transmission started slipping on day 3, which was a Sunday. They took the car back the following Monday and kept it for service over 4 days. They never fixed it! I had literally just started my move from New Orleans to La Porte and this is the WORST customer service I've ever received from a dealership. I wouldn't send my enemies there for a car. May 6th 2017 I wanted to sell my mustang gt because of my schooling the gas was absolutely destroying my wallet. I had my mind made up on a Honda Civic and found auto 4 less with a all black manual transmission Honda Civic for sale. I had to go check it out especially for what they were asking. When you drive up there is a little building to go into and talk to someone. I told them what I was looking for and they took me out to the car and let me check it out by myself which I really appreciate because I felt no pressure to rush. I could take my time doing a full inspection of the car. I wanted to test drive it and they left me go all by myself which I thought was very very cool! It's so awkward when you have to go with a salesman. After the test drive I knew I wanted it. The buying part was hassle free and went very smooth. They explained things well and the process was quick. May 17th 2017 I had to get a brand new transmission put in my car because 2nd gear was grinding and I was worried about further damage but this is by no means the dealerships fault. They sold me the car as is and I knew the 2nd gear was grinding when I took it for the test drive. If you go to Auto 4 Less ask for Zach. He was my salesman and took good care of me. read more

DO NOT PURCHASE A VEHICLE AT THIS DEALERSHIP. If I could give zero stars I would. I recently purchased a used car at Auto 4 Less. During the test drive I noticed that the engine light was on, so of course I had them check it out to see what was causing it. I was told that it was a sensor, and that it wouldn't cost more than $200 to replace. They offered to take $200 off of the price to compensate for the repair, but they wouldn't fix it at the dealership, which should've been a red flag. They somehow "reset" the sensor so that it would pass inspection, and I drove off the lot only to have the check engine light come back on on the way home. In addition to the light being on, the AC had stopped blowing cold air, and the idle became jerky when I was slowing down or stopped. I took the car to autozone that same day where I found out that the intake manifold was causing the light to come on. I took it to a mechanic, who quoted me at a little over $800 for the repair. Not wanting to spend that kind of money on a car I just bought, I took it back to the dealership, and was told that they would replace the manifold if I paid the $200 that they originally discounted. I chose the $200 repair over the $800 repair, which was a huge mistake, because the engine light was back on a day later. In addition to the ineffective repair, the man at the dealership who I'd been dealing with told me that I needed to replace some hoses. I took it back to my mechanic and was told that this time it was the thermostat setting off the light, and a closer look under the hood revealed that the hoses I'd been told about were bubbling up and could've started leaking at any time. I'm now having to pay another $500 to replace the thermostat, hoses, etc so my car doesn't overheat and destroy the engine. Do NOT buy a car from this dealership. They have unqualified mechanics and show no concern for the people buying their problematic vehicles. I'm convinced that they somehow rig their vehicles to appear fine, only to have them start falling apart the day you drive off the lot. These people are ridiculous, they sold me a car with a salvage title and didn't record or give receipts for my payments. I was involved in an accident at fault and told them I would be 1 week late paying them and being greedy thinking It was major damages on the car and they would get paid big from my insurance company to fix the lemon they sold me and charged me $1200 to fix by putting a new engine a month later, my car was repossessed! I don't recommend anybody to buy a car from Hazel and George‍ The service is terrible and the customer service is rude ! Then wanted to charge me $2080 to pick it up when I realized it was a new down payment to a real car lot with gap insurance and way more to offer like not being in a flood.
