When the window manufacturer sent us a window that didn't open the way I expected, DevelPro tracked down a company in Europe that could make a new window and gave me the option of trying to modify what I had or waiting a few months for a new custom order. I opted to have them try and fix the manufacturer's mistake and they did a perfect job of getting me a window that maximizes my opening clearance so I can still move bulky items into the basement. I'm already planning on hiring them again to help get my interior doors installed.
