Later, I realized the creator worked nearby and appeared to know the owner--he even stopped in during my appointment to ask to borrow staples. That made me question how unbiased the recommendation really was. This salon has a lot of potential, but the customer service fell short. Unfortunately, she discovered afterward that she had a pretty significant allergic reaction to one of the nail oils that was used during the service.
