This was a typical Cantonese style eatery where you would get together for family gatherings and/or to celebrate events. The decor had the usual elements that you would expect from such a place: crystal chandeliers, fish tanks, gold columns, and giant TV screens. We tried their 10-course banquet-style dinner that they were advertising for $488 (before tax) and I believe this special was only available on weekdays. Portion sizes were extremely generous, and they did not skimp on the ingredients either. The banquet courses included delicacies such as suckling pig, geoduck, whole fish, and lobster to name a few. This meal easily fed ten people, and we still had plenty of leftovers to take home. It was such a great value that towards the end of the evening the restaurant sold out of their banquet special. Overall, the food was pretty good...even though they did overcook the lobster. They have their own huge parking area, so it was super convenient. The dining area was very spacious. The service was casual and efficient. I went to dinner with no expectations, so I was pleasantly surprised. This place impressed my family that they even came back the next morning to try their dim sum.

The variety makes it especially fun when you're with a group since you can order a bunch of different things and share everything around the table. Also, the cart servers are truly superwomen/men! I'm not sure how they move those carts around so quickly lol. Definitely part of the fun of the whole dim sum experience.

There was no one waiting at the counter when I arrived, but the waitress walked past the counter to assist customers at a table. I waited patiently to place my order. A few minutes later, another couple came in and stood behind me, waiting to be seated. When the waitress returned to the counter and appeared ready to help the next customer, she ignored me and seated the couple who had arrived after me instead. After waiting about five minutes without being acknowledged, I decided to leave. I had hoped to try the food first and, if I enjoyed it, bring my family back for a meal in the future. My family and I have been coming here for years and it's never disappointed us. We enjoy many of their dishes, but their Beef Chow Fun, Mongolian Beef. They have been known to give you a free soda or complimentary dish too. With today's economy, that's a good deal. We were given complimentary Spring Rolls yesterday. They also pack the To-Go containers to the top. Parking is behind the restaurant and there's inside seating too. The owner is really friendly and accommodating. One Piece Lamian specializes in Chinese noodle dishes, all with an efficient QR code ordering…read moresystem and super quick service. We started with the One Piece Mixed Salad (tofu skin, vermicelli noodles, woodear mushrooms, carrots, celery, seaweed, and peanuts, all mixed in a savory, acidic, and spicy dressed ) and the Shredded Potato Salad, both of which made for nice appetizers. We also had the Cold Skin Noodles (Liangpi), a bowl of wide, chewy noodles mixed with a savory sauce and topped with tofu puffs, shredded cucumber , bean sprouts, and a creamy sesame sauce. Hailing from Xi'an, the Braised Pork Pita Burger was fatty pieces of pork braised in a savory sauce, served in a dry round of "pita," but even better was the Spicy Cumin Lamb Pita Burger, which contained a tantalizingly spicy, flavorful filling of tender spiced lamb. The Signature Beef Bone Noodle Soup came with noodles in a simple broth, topped with three bone-in beef ribs. The meat on the ribs was rather tough and sinewy, and the soup on the bland side, but the presentation of the dish was definitely impressive. Finally, the House Special Braised Dry Noodle was a bowl of noodles topped with a savory sauce with lots of different dried ingredients including tofu, s mushrooms, shiitake mushrooms, and red bell peppers. For each noodle dish, you could select from a variety of noodles, but my favorite by far was the 2cm "General Wide" noodles, which had an amazing chewy texture. Overall, this was a great restaurant for authentic Northern Chinese noodle dishes and other eats. Everything came out from the kitchen in just minutes after we ordered. The tasty dishes came at a good value, and the service was super friendly too!

There seems to have some menu change since the last time we came. We ordered 2 dry noodles and a cold spicy pig ears appetizer. The pig ears were piled up with no fillers - something hard to find these days. You can select the type of noodles so I picked the widest while my husband picked the middle one. I love the el dente texture of the noodles giving it a bit of chew. My braised pork belly dry noodles was not dry... very watery which was not to my liking. I want my dry noodles with as little gravy as possible. The flavor was light despite all the gravy, but the veggies and one egg made it up. The house special dry noodles had just the right amount of gravy for taste but not enough ingredients. I was wondering why the restaurant is called One Piece... I guess the entire bowl of noodles is one piece noodle as it was hard to eat as all the noodles are tangled. No complaints here just need to be careful with the splashes on your shirt. Overall the food was good, service was decent as we were offered actual menu instead of only using QR code to order. The place was not small with plenty of table. A bit noise as with all Chinese restaurants.

Remember to ask for the ginger container so you can put your condiments in to dunk them in. Pan Fried Chive Dumplings with scallop and shrimp (5/5) $14.50 You get 3 very crispy dumplings. Extra chives in the middle so you must love chives along with diced up scallops and shrimp. Very tasty! Spicy Cumin Zhajian Noodles with Pork (4/5) $15.95 It wasn't too spicy very tolerable and slight sweet cumin flavor sticky pieces of pork. Make sure to toss well with the noodles. It also comes with thinly sliced cucumbers and bean sprouts (which I should have removed from the dish) as we both actually don't eat it. Shrimp and Pork Shao Mai (4/5) $14.50 Comes with 5 pieces.
