Banker holidays do not exist at TD and on most holidays, they're open with limited hours. They're open seven days a week and their hours are better than any other bank I know of. Plus, their drive through hours are open even later than their lobby hours. I love the setup of thier banks, you just walk staight up to the teller with no zig-zag theme park lines that shuffle you around. They have all the standard features all banks have: ATM's, Tellers, office areas, and safe deposit boxes. The one feature that I absolutely love that TD bank has is their coin counting machine, which by the way, is completely free of charge to bank members. Great bank.

This branch has zero respect for customer privacy. The branch cited an 'Important notice regarding cash transactions' posted in the lobby. I read it. Nowhere does it state that customers must disclose how they intend to use their own money. It references identification only, not interrogation. This branch either doesn't understand its own policies or is deliberately exceeding them. If you value your financial privacy, avoid this branch--and TD Bank altogether. When a bank starts interrogating customers for routine cash withdrawals, that's a serious red flag. Banks exist to safeguard money, not to gatekeep access to it. Because of how I was treated today, I no longer trust TD Bank--this branch in particular--with my finances. I immediately canceled my direct deposits after leaving and went to another TD branch, where I withdrew the same amount with zero issues or invasive questioning--just 'Are 20s and 50s okay?' After 13 years as a TD customer, I will be closing my account tomorrow. The policies enforced at this branch--and the attitude of its staff--cost TD a long-time customer.
