I have no complaints, they're always helpful. I think they're open till 6 o'clock most days, while most branches close around 5 o'clock. There's enough parking but unfortunately the way the lot is structured, you may find yourself backing up into other cars. So please be careful about that. The entrance into the lot coming in from the Pinebrook Road is a little awkward therefore I always try to go in from the Little Falls Road.

The line for the tellers gets really busy on Thursdays and Fridays during lunch time, as lots of people come to cash their checks then. So, try to avoid that time if possible, or be prepared to wait. They also have employees in closed door cubicles if you want to open or manage checking, savings, or other accounts. They offer safe deposit boxes on site. This location also has an outdoor ATM machine to cash checks or grab a few $20's outside of regular business hours (or if you prefer to avoid human interactions). It's enclosed and you need to swipe your debit card to gain access for your safety.

When I inquired with my employer they were perplexed because everyone at that branch knows them & the company very well. So they could have easily resolved their issue by calling their customer my employer to verify the check & myself & cashed the check.
